It's the dance move made popular by Miley Cyrus among others.
But Vanessa White took twerking to a whole new level earlier this week, as she managed to do it upside down.
As she and her Saturdays bandmates rehearsed ahead of their performance at V Festival this weekend, Vanessa decided to show the rest of the group just how good she is at twerking.

In a video posted to Instagram by Una Healy, Vanessa is seen standing on her hand with her front to the wall, showing off her shapely curves while jiggling her hips back and forward.
And clearly unable to resist the temptation, Rochelle Humes is seen leaning forward to slap her on the bottom as she twerks away.
After finishing the move, Vanessa is seen shrieking with laughter as she gets herself back upright to rejoin the group for the rest of the rehearsals.

Another video from an earlier rehearsal posted on Instagram by Mollie ealier this week showed her being lifted into the air and spun around by one of the group's male backing dancers.
Writing alongside the hilarious clip, she said: 'Productive rehearsals for V Fest, as per usual ;-) Channeling my inner Torvill... Hahaha.'
The girls are joining the likes of Beyonce Knowles, The Script and the Kings of Leon on stage at this weekend's V Festival, which takes place at Hylands Park in Chelmsford, Essex, and Weston Park in Staffordshire.

And Una explained The Saturdays are thrilled to be sharing the stage with Queen Bey herself.
Writing in her blog for Hello! magazine, she said: 'We’re really looking forward to performing at V Festival this weekend.
'It’s our third time performing there and this year we’ve got the honour of opening the main stages. It’s very exciting to think that we’re going to be performing on the same stage as the Kings of Leon and Beyoncé.
