She has slowly but surely made her return to the public eye over the last couple of months.
And on Saturday Cheryl Cole cemented her place as the nation’s sweetheart once again by stealing the show at Capital FM’s Summertime Ball at Wembley Stadium.
The 30-year-old took to the stage in front of thousands of delighted fans and performed her new single Crazy Stupid Love, while wearing a sports inspired, stomach and derriere baring outfit.

Looking like she wouldn’t be out of place at Wimbledon she wore a white tennis skirt, with a pair of nude fishnet tights.
    As she danced away the X Factor judge managed gave a glimpse of her large back tattoo which reaches beyond her derriere as her skirt lifted up. 
    On her top half she wore a boxing-inspired hooded black and white jacket which revealed her very toned stomach.

    Both the top and the skirt feature the words Crazy Stupid Love around the hems – so no one could miss the name of her song.
    Her blonde hair, which was very straightened, was pushed off her face with an Alice band and she flicked it all over the place as she performed.
    She got the crowd to perform a Mexican wave around the stadium midway through her set, which included hits such as Call My Name and Fight For This Love.
    It seems it was a monochrome kind of day for Cheryl as she arrived wearing a pair of black trousers and a white T-shirt featuring black stripes on the sleeves.

    Speaking about her performance ahead of the show she said: ‘I’m going to be doing three songs, I’m gong to be doing the new single Crazy Stupid Love, and I’m excited!’
    She also revealed that if her best pal and Girls Aloud bandmate Kimberley Walsh went into labour during her performance she would run to be her side
    ‘As much as I love the 80,000 crowd, I would have to go rescue Kimberley. And then I would come back after! Just move my set!,’ the beautiful star said.

    Cheryl also opened up to The Sun's Dan Wooton about working with Mel B on the X Factor.
    She told him:  'I admit we are very different characters and very different people, but it works. She actually makes me laugh.'
    The singer also revealed that things are going well with her new man Jean Bernard Fernandes-Versini. 
    The event also saw Rita Ora dazzle the crowd in a sequinned mesh dress as she performed – while sharing a bill with her ex-fiance, DJ and producer Calvin Harris.

    Ora rose from a stage in the centre of the London stadium shrouded in a red hooded cape before casting it aside to reveal her skimpy minidress.
    Her two-song set included hit single How We Do (Party) as she performed with a troupe of dancers.
    Almost matching her outfit for brevity was fellow performer Jessie J, who wore a jewelled white minidress.

    The former coach on BBC1's The Voice performed tracks such as Price Tag while showing her once-familiar black bob hairstyle is back following many months with a shorter blonde style after shaving her head for Comic Relief.
    Other acts at the event included Enrique Iglesias, Australian pop act 5 Seconds Of Summer and Clean Bandit.

    Brit Award-winning star Ellie Goulding performed earlier in the day, singing hits such as Burn and Goodness Gracious.
    Many in the crowd had got into the party spirit by daubing their faces and arms with fluorescent body paint.
    US superstar Pharrell Williams, wearing faded denims and a stylish squashed hat, played some of the recent huge hits with which he has been involved, including Blurred Lines, Happy and Get Lucky.
