Ariana Grande stuns in raunchy sequinned hotpants and thigh-high boots as her Honeymoon Tour rolls into Chicago
Her current tour has not been without incident, but Ariana Grande’s latest show was a polished, professional and typically raunchy affair on Thursday night.
The 21-year-old singer was performing at the Rosemont Theatre in Illinois – the fourth stop on her 40 date Honeymoon world tour.
Sporting a cropped top and matching sequinned hotpants, Ariana delighted fans at the venue after opening the show with Nicki Minaj and Jessie J collaboration Bang Bang.

The songstress completed her stage attire with fishnets and over-the-knee boots, while trademark kitten ears – worn over a brunette locks – gave the look a playful flourish.
It was the raunchiest in a series of costume changes for Ariana, who worked her way through an 18 track set list comprised of songs from her first two albums – Yours Truly and My Everything.
A second change saw the singer show off her cleavage in a fringed basque while trooping across the stage in heavily embellished heels.

Fans at the 4,400 capacity venue also saw her in a comparatively conventional crop top and on-trend bomber jacket teamed with sparkly hotpants and her ever present fishnets.
Taking to Twitter shortly after the show, Ariana thanked those who had bought tickets for the Illinois gig, writing: ‘chicago, u were incredible! I love you so much. Thank you for your love and energy.’
Her latest gig comes after she claimed to have ‘almost died’ after getting caught in a malfunctioning life during the Honeymoon tour’s opening show in Kansas City on Wednesday evening.

She detailed the incident in a Youtube video posted on Thursday night, showing her behind the scenes at the show.
A very flustered Ariana wailed to her friends and colleagues that she 'almost died' as they re-enacted her dexterous maneuvers to avoid falling victim to the malfunctioning equipment.
The singer then explained what happened: 'I'm supposed to be going up in my lift for Love Me Harder, like in this wooden thing that raises up.
'So the wooden thing breaks and goes like this!'

She gestured to show how the platform snapped from a horizontal to a vertical position.
'I'm about to be crushed by mechanical, by metal s*** and by wood and stuff, and I go like this and grab this thing.'
Ariana held tight to a beam above her head, showing how she dangled as the lift moved upward, before she was rescued by crew members.
Later in the video, the brunette beauty added: 'I didn't drop the mic. I was like, "Oh I gotta keep singing."'
Ariana’s latest tour will take in further shows across North America, Europe and the United Kingdom before culminating in Barcelona on June 16.
