Dakota Fanning shows off her sultry side as she transitions into a Hollywood siren for stylish new Vs. Magazine shoot
While some young actors have found it tough, it looks as though Dakota Fanning has successfully transitioned from child star to a mature movie actress.
The 21-year-old has taken part in a dreamy new shoot for Vs. Magazine which sees the The Runaways actress model a number of gowns in a hotel room.
And in the accompanying interview, Dakota discusses growing up onscreen, settling into an adult career and what it's like being a woman in Hollywood.

'As you get older, you see how many fewer roles there are for women, and how the diversity of the roles for women is so... well, not so diverse,' she reveals.
The interview appears in the Dreams issue of the magazine, which also features Rosie Huntington-Whitley and Elizabeth Olsen.
Talking about shedding her image as a child star, she says: 'One thing that's difficult about starting so young is that some people perceive me at six, some perceive me at 12, some perceive me at 17, and some people perceive me as I am now.'

'But that's life,' she adds. 'I've changed, and as you get older the kinds of films you do change, and I'm comfortable with that.'
Dakota recently revealed that she has a rather bizarre crush - admitted that she has a thing for Whiplash actor J.K. Simmons.
Dakota - who started dating model Jamie Strachan in 2013 - said: 'I just saw Whiplash, and I have a cinematic crush on J.K. Simmons. He was so good in that movie.

'He doesn't play the most likeable person in the movie. I saw it the other night and I totally relate to it.'
The actress has already had an illustrious film career and had her first on-screen kiss aged seven when playing a younger version of Reese Witherspoon's character Melanie in 2002 movie Sweet Home Alabama, but she has revealed she didn't exactly enjoy her first smooch.
Speaking in a W magazine video, she added: 'My teacher, who was my teacher until I went to a regular school, she told me that in between each take I would just go to the side and just go like that, like wipe my mouth off because I was so embarrassed and didn't want to hurt his feelings.'
