Selena Gomez isn't letting the haters, or ex-boyfriends, get her down.
The singer, 22, has teased new behind-the-scenes video and photographs from her upcoming album, which is believed to be inspired by her ex-boyfriend, singer Justin Bieber.
On Friday the Texan posted a photograph to Instagram of what appeared to be her feet up in the studio and captioned it, 'Kill. Em. With. Kindness.'

The singer was taking a well-earned break after being hard at work in the studio on her new album.
It appears her relaxed attitude also extended to her outfit, with Gomez wearing fashionably-ripped jeans and comfy black flats as she took a moment to regroup.
The Come And Get It hitmaker also gave fans a glimpse of her relaxed recording process with a quick video clip she shared to her Instagram account on Friday.

The grainy clip captures Gomez singing into the microphone as a producer sits at a recording deck and a few friends mill around playing ping pong.
The singer also teased a look at what may be her new single cover art, posting a sultry black-and-white shot.
In the brooding image, Gomez sadly gazes into the near distance.
Hinting at the name of her new single, the singer wrote '...leading you #soon.'
Gomez's serious mood comes as no surprise, as her new album is believed to be inspired by the singer's troubled relationship with bad boy Bieber.
The pair dated on and off for years, before calling it quits for good late last year.
Now, it's set to be the battle of the breakup albums, with reports Bieber is also back in the studio working on new material inspired by Gomez.

Gomez has been enjoying chart success lately, with her latest single Good For You racing to the top of the Billboard Charts.
