She's known for overhauling her lifestyle with her health and fitness regime and Vicky Pattison has proved she's been able to stick with her good habits.

Clearly proud of her good work, the former Geordie Shore star posted a couple of images to her Instagram account in which she showed off her toned abs in a skimpy red bikini.

And promoting her own protein bar line at the same, the 27-year-old captioned the image with the words: 'Be who you want to be.... With @minivnutrition.'

But despite having several failed relationships, including a broken engagement with her former fiance Ricci Guarnaccio, she's admitted she enjoys being in a relationship.
