She never exactly played down her sexy side on The Apprentice, but now that Luisa Zissman has left the boardroom she’s definitely letting her wild side out.

The 25-year-old baking entrepreneur has stripped off for a new shoot in heat magazine.

Luisa can be seen posing in front of a sparkling blue pool. Whilst her knee length, candy stripe skirt may be pretty demure it’s the businesswoman’s matching bustier top that draws all the attention.

The low-cut number barely contains Luisa’s ample curves as she strikes a sultry pose.

In the accompanying interview the entrepreneur speaks for the first time on how it felt to lose out to her rival Leah Totton in the final of The Apprentice.

The mother of one is gracious in defeat, insisting that the right person won:

‘Lord Sugar made the right decision,’ she says. ‘Leah’s incredible.’

Luisa and Leah have become firm friends despite their business rivalry, even holidaying together ahead of the final.

There was one other person the gorgeous brunette was close to in the Apprentice house though, fellow hopeful Jordan Poulton.

Runner-up: Luisa lost out on Lord Sugar's £250,000 investment but has still secured interest in her business venture

The pair conducted a secret relationship for six months before Luisa dumped Jordan just days after their show aired on TV.

Speaking about her their short-lived fling, Luisa revealed: ‘We were very, very close…we snogged but no tongues. Someone from production walked in!’

She added: ‘We were both massive flirts but it was just the build-up of being in the house.

’Asked what she found attractive about the 26-year-old, Luisa added: ‘I don’t really go for looks – I go for people who make me laugh. Jordan’s a nice guy… We’d fall asleep on the sofa together, or I’d lay on him and he’d play with my hair and stuff.’

Despite their cosy romance, Luisa admits she is now 100 per cent single and relishing time with her daughter Dixie:

‘It’s the first time in my life that I’m enjoying being properly single. I’m really focused on work and on my daughter.'

'I don’t have anyone texting me or demanding to see me. Men can be really annoying…’

The businesswoman is well on her way to career success having already secured investment of £50,000 for new business venture Baker's Toolkit despite not winning Lord Sugar's £250,000 jackpot.

Wearing brief leopard print panties and a cropped T-shirt Jennifer Metcalfe could be forgiven for feeling a teeny bit self-conscious.

But the Hollyoaks beauty is more than happy to show off her every curve, 'lumps and bumps' included in a rare unretouched photoshoot.

The soap star strips off for the latest issue of heat magazine which imitates Beyonce's now much copied Terry Richardson shoot for GQ.

Bronzed Jennifer looks simply stunning in a revealing outfit of tiny knickers and cut-off blue sports tee.

Adding a bit of bling with some gold accessories, Jennifer’s loose locks are gently curled and her make-up kept to a minimum for the natural pics.

The actress reveals she is proud to show off every bit of her bod despite putting on some weight in recent months.

‘I think it’s important to give the message that this is my real body and I’m proud of it. I feel proud of my curves, my lumps and bumps. It’s what my mama gave me!’

Jen’s weight has yo-yoed since shooting to fame on Hollyoaks as the feisty Mercedes McQueen. After a series of photos emerged in 2008 of the actress looking worryingly skinny the star then admitted to having liposuction on her thighs and bum in 2010.

The former fitness instructor finally seems to be happy with her curves though as she confesses she’s put on some pounds this year.

The weight gain followed a painful period for the star after she broke up from Dancing On Ice’s

Sylvain Longchambon (who then hooked up with new partner Samia Ghadie) last Christmas.

Since the split, Jennifer has been spotted wooing new man, ex Geordie Short star Greg Lake, and it looks like the new romance has led to some extra curves.

‘I’m very happy where I’m at with my body and myself and I want to flaunt it!’ she laughs.

‘It’s been worth every pound,’ she adds of her current happiness. ‘Give me two more sizes to have that much fun again!’

The star insists that she hasn’t weighed herself recently but has noticed some changes in her figure:

‘I haven’t weighed myself, but the booty’s kicking out, my boobs have gone up a couple of sizes and

I’m looking a bit cuddlier. I quite like it.’

Not that the 28-year-old is worried about her fluctuating figure, admitting she can always step up her gym routine if needed:

‘I know I can be very good with my diet and exercise, so when I decide I want a slimmer look, I’ll do it.’

Her super toned figure was the talk of Marbella during filming on The Only Way Is Marbs.

However, despite fears she has taken her dieting and fitness regime too far, Lucy Mecklenburgh insists she is healthy.

Posing topless for the new issue of Heat magazine, the fashion boutique owner, 21, admitted she was pleased with her size 8 figure.

Although she admits the weight fell off her following her April split with ex-fiance Mario Falcone, Lucy has been spending time working out and overhauling her eating regime.

In fact, she insists she's actually bigger now than she was in the initial days following her love split.

When she was photographed on the beach last week, some observers accused her of having 'jutting ribs and hip-bones'.

However, the Essex girl tells the new issue of Heat: 'I was breathing in because I was cold. That’s not what I really look like, as you can see in these pictures.

'I wouldn’t let myself get like that. Probably after I split up with Mario I did get a bit too skinny, but I did something about it.'

Lucy has been working with a personal trainer and is set to share her fitness tips with fans through her Results With Lucy website.

She explained: 'I don’t like the skinny-skinny look. I don’t think I’m too thin. My personal trainer wouldn’t let me get too thin, and neither would my family.

'I’m feeling good. I’ve worked hard for it. I always eat healthily, and I use a personal trainer two to three times a week.

'I’d never let myself go below 8st. I’m 8st 4lb now. This is my ideal weight.'

She also insisted that she would never reunite with her ex Mario, who she was seen throwing a glass of red wine over during an argument in Marbella.

She said: 'I’ll never get back with him. It’s 100 per cent finished.'

However, fans may have to wait a little longer to find out Lucy's next move as she's been suspended from the ITV2 show following an argument with co-star Jasmin Walia.

He has been showing off his fancy footwork on Strictly but now Louis Smith has stripped off to bare his body and his soul.

The Olympic Gymnast has posed completely naked for a raunchy magazine shoot and in an accompanying interview he has revealed that Michelle Keegan is his ideal woman.

The 23-year-old's muscular physique will no doubt impress the Coronation Street star and please his fans.

In an interview with Heat magazine Louis reveals that he is more than comfortable baring all.

He said: 'I’ve got no problem getting naked, as long as it’s not cold. I’m pretty much naked when I’m doing gymnastics.'

And speaking about his perfect woman Michelle, who was engaged to Max George before calling time on their relationship earlier this year, he said: 'She's hot.'

On Saturday Louis will be battling it out against Kimberley Walsh, Dani Harmer and Denise Van Outen in the final of Strictly.

The Olympian is the bookies favourite to take the top spot and he has received high praise from the judges pretty much throughout the whole show.

Louis Tweeted: 'Looks like lots of you are liking the Charleston:). Ok well we are looking forward to the charleston and I know we surprised you all so hopefully you will like the small changes we've made too.'

Strictly Come Dancing final is on BBC1 on Saturday 22nd December at 6.30-7.55pm and 8.50-10.05pm.

But Caroline Flack admits she rarely spends time keeping in shape for her leg-baring outfits.

In fact, the TV presenter only hits the gym just two weeks before The X Factor starts filming over the summer.

As she poses as an All-American girl in a new photoshoot for Heat magazine, the 32-year-old also opens up on her flirty friendship with Xtra Factor co-host Olly Murs.

She said: 'I'm not a fitness buff. I’ve got exactly the same legs as my mum.

'I like having curves. I will never diet. I love burgers and I love chips. I like good food and I’ll eat until I’m full.

While many fans of Xtra Factor would love Caroline and Olly to date, she insists it will never happen.

She explained: 'He’s like my stepbrother. I say "step" because it means we can still have a little flirt on-screen. Because if you flirted with your brother it would be weird. I don’t think we fancy each other, we just flirt...'

Having spent lots of time with The X Factor judges Gary Barlow, Tulisa Contostavlos, Nicole Scherzinger and Louis Walsh, Caroline has a good working relationship with them all.

She said: 'Nicole is quite good at doing an Essex accent. And she laughs at herself. I still want to grab her hair sometimes and mess it up. She always looks perfect.

'If you want gossip, go and ask Louis. He knows everything. I always try and get stuff out of him.

'Tulisa’s one of these girls you feel would always have your back. Do you know what I mean? I mean in a mother hen way, she looks out for you. She’s very soft, much more than you’d think. She’s a real girls’ girl.'

With over a third of Team GB's medals brought home by women, this summer really was the season of girl power.

And although the Olympics are over, the great girls of the games are still enjoying every second.

Some of the nation's favourite female medalists have joined forces to celebrate in style by dressing up as the original girl-power icons and stars of the Olympics Closing Ceremony: the Spice Girls.

Spice up your life! The Team GB athletes showed off some real girl power as they posed as the iconic 90s band, Laura Trott as Baby, Dani King as Posh, Beth Twedde as Sporty, Gemma Gibson as Ginger and Nicola Adams as Scary

Cycling gold champions Dani King and Laura Trott; bronze gymnastic legend Beth Tweddle; Gemma Gibbons, who won silver in judo; and the first-ever women’s boxing gold medallist, Nicola Adams channeled their inner girl pop stars for the shoot for this week's heat magazine.

Laura Trott, 20, who shot to fame with her double gold cycling victory and friendship with Prince Harry as well as that famous kiss in the stands with boyfriend Kenny posed in a pink dress as Baby Spice.

She said: 'I was a crazy Spice Girls fan! I saw them when I was eight or nine, and I watched their reunion at the O2.

'Baby Spice was my favourite! I used to be jealous of my sister, because her name’s Emma. I was like, “Why did Mum and Dad give you the cool name?"'

Asked about the craziest thing that happened at the Olympics, Laura replied: 'Watching volleyball with Prince Harry – not many people can say they’ve done that. I met David Beckham the same night. That whole day was nuts.'

Nicola Adams and Dani King are representing girl power

Gymnast Beth Tweddle, 27, pulled off her best Sporty Spice jump, and looked every inch the glamorous athlete.

Speaking about her highlights of the Games she said: 'I got to meet Kate Middleton and Prince William. I was sitting next to her throughout the gymnastics final and she was asking questions. She’s so down to earth. I felt like I was chatting to a friend!'

Judo superstar Gemma Gibbons put on an orange wig and chanelled her inner Ginger Spice.

The humble 25-year-old said: 'On the morning of the day I fought, I had 600 Twitter followers; after my fight, I had 12,500! Olly Murs tweeted me and then I met him at the V Festival, which was really cool.

'I watched the Spice Girls at the Closing Ceremony. Everyone was looking forward to seeing them, and it was great to be there when they got back together.'

Nicola Adams, 29, the first ever girl to win a medal in boxing donned her best leopard print as Scary Spice.

'I wouldn’t need a head guard in the ring with this much hair! And I’m not sure about the shoes, but I like the make-up. I wasn’t massively into the Spice Girls when they were big – I’m more of an R&B fan – but I saw them at the Closing Ceremony and I thought they were great,' she said.

'I’ve had loads of girls come up to me in the street and send me messages on Twitter, telling me they’re getting into boxing after seeing me fight, which is amazing.

'But it’s not just sports, it’s about fighting for equality in everything. It’s so important and I’m really proud of the part I’ve played in that.'

21-year-old and cycling champion Dani King pulled off her best Victoria Beckham look in a fitted leopard print dress and trademark point.

She told the magazine: 'Kids knock on my door asking for autographs now and I’ve been to a party with Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell.

'I miss everything about the Olympics and I can’t wait until the next one!'
