Leader of the pack! Gigi Hadid poses in a figure-hugging corset as she becomes the first ever model to land a second cover of CR Fashion Book

She has appeared in a slew of campaigns, magazines and runway shows in recent months, but it the fashion world is showing no signs of Gigi Hadid fatigue, particularly after the model landed yet another magazine cover straight off a successful stint at New York Fashion Week.
The 20-year-old blonde stars on the front of the latest issue of Carine Roitfeld's CR Fashion Book, making her the only model in the magazine’s history to land a second cover, in which she can be seen giving off some serious sex appeal in a pulled-tight corset top and matching panties by What Katie Did.
In a pursed-lip pose, Gigi leans forward on one of four covers produced for the magazine's Issue 8, which hits newsstands this week.

She even sets the tone for the 'Made in America' theme, wearing a Stars and Stripes bow from Claire's in her curly hair and oversized gold earrings that read 'USA', custom made for the shoot by Melody Ehsani.
And the sexy lingerie shot isn't her only appearance in the issue, either. This month, CR Fashion Book is releasing three volumes simultaneously: CR Fashion Book (which Gigi covers), CR Men's Book, and CR Girls 2016.
Inside the issue she stars on, Gigi also poses in an '80s-inspired balloon-sleeve gown, her head thrown back and her hair whipping around her.
'In the '80s, fashion created a fantasy around the American girl — athletic, toned, smiling, happy, gracious, and perfect,' Carine explained. 'Now suddenly in 2016, we see the comeback of the American girl, and I find myself so excited by this new generation of stars.'
Carine called Gigi a 'young icon' as well as her own 'supermodel discovery', adding that the models in the issue are a 'class of U.S.A.-born girls is seducing fashion with striking yet uncomplicated looks'.

And Gigi was equally complimentary about Carine on her Instagram account, sharing an image of the cover, while singing the editor's praises in the caption.
'3 years ago, @carineroitfeld shot me for the cover of @crfashionbook with @bruce_weber before anyone knew who I was,' she wrote.
'Today I'm proudly on the cover again, and I know that my career would not be the same without Carine. Thank you for believing in and guiding me & for being an unequivocal mentor and friend; every day I get to work with you is an honor. Love you C! [sic]'
She added as an afterthought: 'P.s. I have so much respect for people that wear corsets all the time after shooting this, that shii is intense! [sic]'
Gigi also posed for the CR Girls 2016 volume, which spotlights Kanye West's second Yeezy collection. Through the edition's 48 pages, models including Gigi, her sister Bella, Irina Shayk, and Nina Agdal pose exclusively in the rapper's designs.

In her sizzling shot, Gigi holds herself up on her hands and a single high heel, modeling a pair of skintight leggings, a sports bra, and a hoodie.
Bella and Nina make the sportswear look sexy too, but it's Irina, who lounges topless in fishnets with just a hand covering her breasts, that seems to have the power to set off smoke alarms.
The volume, Carine said, 'reflects the mood of Kanye's show. His show inspired me with the form of the girls too. They all looked tough, but sexy.'
This is Gigi's second CR Fashion Book cover; her first was back in early 2014. She is the only person to appear on two covers of magazine.
'I am very loyal to models I like,' Carine explained. And what's not to like? The editor also pinned down what it is that makes Gigi such a star, saying: 'She’s not the kind of perfect, beautiful, blonde girl that you look at and want to hate. No one could ever hate her.'
The other three covers of Issue 8 feature shots of models Staz Lindes, Bentley Mescall, and Kayla Scott.

Carine also debuted a new video on her site, featuring a phone call between herself and Gigi.
'I got the new CR today,' Gigi tells her, flipping through the issue. 'I love it. Has anyone else had two covers of CR?'
Carine tells her that she's the first, a fact that clearly tickles Gigi, who grins in her lacy thigh-high boots, silk dress, and lace bra.
The two go back and forth, with Gigi telling Carine that she's her 'fairy godmother of fashion' and that she started doing ballet because of the editor.
They play a game of Either/Or, too, discussing the fact that they both planned to attend the Yeezy show this month.
