After her showstopping performance on the first night of her Las Vegas residency, Jennifer Lopez continued to work her magic as she headed to the after-party.

The 46-year-old looked absolutely sensational as she made her arrival at the glamorous bash with boyfriend Casper Smart, on Wednesday night.

Preened to perfection, the multi-talented star oozed heaps of sex appeal and drew heaps of attention to her ample assets in a plunging white asymmetrical dress.

The daring number, which boasted mesh inserts and a tight waistline, was teamed with an envy-inducing pair of metallic heels and diamond earrings.

With her tousled tresses swept away from her face, the singer radiated a gorgeous glow as she posed for pictures next to her beau.

Just moments before, Jennifer performed her opening show at the AXIS at Planet Hollywood where she took daring to a whole new level, wearing a sheer and risque gemstone bodysuit.

Jennifer, at one point, strutted on stage wearing a luxurious white fur coat for one number.

She eventually shrugged it off to perform some more complicated moves with her back-up dancers, high-stepping in a pair of sparkly booties to match her outfit.

Jennifer was dancing down a flight of stairs only to be caught up in the arms of her dancing cohorts who lifted her to greater heights as she belted out a tune.

They flung her up high so that she appeared to be standing on their shoulders and she gazed down at them, running her hand through her tousled hair.

Jennifer used her long, waving locks a lot, hiding behind the tresses now and then flinging the luxuriant mass away from her face. 

Light on her feet: The singer danced around stage in sparkly booties 

All eyes on her: Even her backing dancers couldn't take their eyes off the stunning starlet

Turning up: The star of the show made quite the entrance onto the stage

Quick change: The singer slipped into another daring ensemble as she powered through her hits 

Leggy lady: She paraded her toned curves and slender limbs in a blue velvet-like gown which boasted a sexy thigh-high slit and a plunging neckline

What a view: JLo proudly showed off her toned figure to perfection as she perched on top of chair

Her make-up featured smoky eyes, a hint of blush and lip gloss, and her complexion continued to glow as the show carried on.

Jennifer is evidently performing all of her biggest hits during her Vegas show including those as far back as the late '90s.

The star could be heard singing Jenny From The Block, Get Right, If You Had My Love and Love Don't Cost A Thing in preview videos posted by TMZ.

Jennifer's All I Have show is expected to run until mid-June of this year.

The first leg started Wednesday and will go on until February 9, and the star will then resume performances on May 22 before wrapping up on June 12.

Tickets are selling at a rapid rate with VIP tables going for $416 each and rear orchestra seats offered at around $100.

Britney Spears had been performing her show Piece Of Me at Planet Hollywood's AXIS theater, and she will continue to do so on the dates when Lopez isn't performing.

Her split from fiancé Liam Hemsworth was confirmed earlier this week amid a slew of yet more criticism for her risqué performance at last month's VMAs. 

So it was a rather defiant Miley Cyrus who took the stage in Las Vegas at the iHeart Radio Music Festival on Saturday.

Having seemingly paid no attention to the multitude of negative publicity which surrounded her performance at MTV's prestigious awards ceremony, Miley twerked, poked out her tongue and touched herself during the show.

Predictably, Miley was also flashing the flesh - sporting a two-piece laced corset style ensemble which exposed her flat tummy and trim figure. 

The star put extra energy into the performance, days after Hunger Games star Liam was pictured kissing actress Eiza González.

At one point, she provocatively caressed the bottom of a female dwarf back up dancer in a move clearly designed to shock.

And Miley ramped up the raunchiness of her performance despite the presence of her mother Tish at the side of the stage. 

The star was recently forced to defend herself after she was slammed by critics for her antics with a foam finger alongside Robin Thicke onstage at last month's VMAs.

And the star was adamant that the bad publicity had not affected her. 

'I don't pay attention to the negative because I have seen this play out,' she said. 'How many times have we seen this play out in pop music?'

The publicity surrounding the performance appears to have done MIley no harm - her latest single Wrecking Ball recently hit the number one spot on the Billboard charts.

However, the distasteful display was said to be the 'final nail in the coffin' in the on-off relationship between Miley and Liam Hemsworth. 

It has been claimed that Liam had been left 'mortified' by Miley's now infamous performance.

A source told RadarOnline.com: 'Miley and Liam were already pretty much broken up at that point, but when he saw her performance and the backlash it created, it was the nail in the coffin.

'That was all he needed to finally break up with Miley once and for all. He was embarrassed, disgusted and mortified by her performance.'

On Monday, representatives for Miley and Liam confirmed that the pair have ended their engagement and their romance, after having dated for two years.

Liam proposed to Miley with a 3.5 carat Neil Lane engagement ring in May 2012, and at the time the Hannah Montana star gushed about her future with the hunky Aussie star. 

'I'm so happy to be engaged and look forward to a life of happiness with Liam,' she told People magazine at the time.

The pair first met on the set of the 2010 romantic drama The Last Song, and began dating not long after. 

But in the last year, they have seemingly struggled with their relationship, breaking up and getting back together several times as each one continues in different directions of their careers.
