Michelle Keegan hints at 2015 marriage to Mark Wright on The Jonathan Ross Show

Wedding bells? Michelle Keegan hints at 2015 marriage to Mark Wright on The Jonathan Ross Show

Michelle Keegan has set her sights on a 2015 wedding to Mark Wright following his surprise proposal earlier this year.
The former TOWIE star got down on bended knee in September while they were enjoying a romantic holiday in Dubai, and she admits the wedding will take place after she films her final scenes on Coronation Street.
Speaking to talks show host Jonathan Ross on Saturday’s show, the actress says that preparations are already being made.

‘I’m really busy with work at the minute, so nothing’s set in stone, but we’ve talked about it and there are plans,’ she revealed. ‘2015, that’s what we’re looking at at the minute.
    ‘When I leave Corrie it’s May 2014, and then it’s a year.’
Michelle also opened up about her imminent departure from the show that helped turn her into a household name after she made her first appearance as Tina McIntyre in 2007.

‘It’s scary and exciting at the same time,’ she admitted. ‘I’ve been in Corrie for six years now, and it’s my first ever acting role and I think if I don’t do it now, and try other things, I never will.’
Of Tina’s exit, she added: ‘She’s getting killed. At first she wasn’t, and then they came up with a really good storyline that involves a lot of characters on the street and it’s going to be a big storyline next year. So, in a way, it’s an honour and I’m very excited for it.’
The actress feigns embarrassment when Ross shows her a calendar shot of her hunky fiancé.

‘I’m hoping for five,’ he said. ‘But we’re going to all sit in Jan and decide. I mean, it’s usually diaries and stuff, but I’m hoping to have Rob with us.
He added: ‘Rob’s a big emailer. He loves emailing, block capitals…I hear from him a lot. He’s a dad. He’s in London at the moment, promoting his new record.
‘He’s in a great place. I always say to people, that Rob I didn’t know for ten years, I didn’t know him. Because I was just reading things through the press, but I know a really good Rob right now.
‘So I’ve got a good end of the deal.’
