The number was adorned in blinged out jewels down the chest and along the hemline as well as along piece of fabric which drooped down.
She teamed the look with a pair of strappy red leather stilettos as she accessorised with rings and diamond studded earrings.
Her brunette tresses were pulled back and tucked behind her ear as she let her natural looks show with complimentary make-up topped off with pink lip.
Emily was quite the social butterfly at the event as she posed for a snap with actress Katharine McPhee who looked great in an patterned black number.

Meanwhile, The Emily has expanded her career to include both modeling and acting.
She is expected to appear in two upcoming films, with one set for release this year and the other at a date not yet announced.
Emily will star in the romance film, Cruise, and the thriller, In Darkness. The latter will include Natalie Dormer.
