They got engaged last week after a year and a half of dating and Heidi Range and fiance Alex Partakis could not be happier. 

The couple put on an affectionate display at the Audi Polo Challenge at Coworth Park, Ascot, on Sunday afternoon.

Former Sugababes singer Heidi, 32, was stunning in a midi floral dress and nude heels but it was her huge smile which really grabbed attention.

She cuddled up to Alex who was handsome in a dark suit, and looked equally overjoyed. 

Heidi and Alex were set up by her personal trainer in early 2014, and felt and instant connection.

Their first date was a restaurant in London's Notting Hill and they have been inseparable ever since.

The Push the Button hit-maker revealed in an interview with the Scottish Daily Record published just before the engagement announcement that she was hoping for a proposal, but didn't want to jinx things.

'I try not to think about it – I could be waiting a long time', she joked when asked whether an engagement was on the cards.

Heidi was previously engaged to presenter Dave Berry, who she dated for eight years, but they called time on their romance in December 2011. 

Meanwhile, Chris Hemsworth only had eyes for his wife Elsa Pataky as they enjoyed a couple's day out at the event.

The lovebirds, who tied the knot in December 2010, jetted over from Chris' native Australia for the sporting extravaganza, leaving their children India, three, and 14-month-old twins Tristan and Sasha, with a babysitter.

Elsa, 38, nailed the smart dress code in a pretty rose-print dress with a sweetheart neckline, paired with a ballerina-style cardigan.

The feminine ensemble was completed with nude stilettos and a quirky clutch, with rosy blush and pink lipstick enhancing her delicate features.

The couple struck a pose alongside Hollywood actress Emily Blunt, who was also representing the international contingent at the polo game.

Everyone from Millie Mackintosh and her husband Professor Green to singer Ella Eyre were in attendance. 

But all eyes were on showbiz couple Chris and Elsa, who couldn't have looked happier together.

'Of course I think he’s beautiful and fit, but I will never tell him that because he will get too, how do you say, "cocky"?'

Actress Elsa Pataky sizzles in sexy blue plunging swimsuit for new magazine shoot as she talks about keeping in shape

She's a stunning mother of three children and is married to heart throb Chris Hemsworth - and actress Elsa Pataky sizzles in a brand new photoshoot. 

Posing for Women's Health magazine, the 38-year-old shows off her killer body while posing in a blue plunging swimming costume, which is slashed down to the navel. 

It's little surprise to hear that the pretty blonde has a real love of exercise and loves to keep her fabulous figure in check.

She told the publication: 'I mean, I love fitness, I love sports – I’ve been into it since I was 15, working my body and just building it. I always admire sports bodies in women – that athletic look.

'Even when other people say, "Oh she’s too muscly," I always like it. I’ll never be in that professional shape, but I like to get as close to that as I can.'

But with two good-lookers in her relationship, the star says the pair are rather competitive when it comes to getting into shape.

'He’ll hold the pads for me, although I won’t for him as he’d smash me into the wall.

'When he was training for Thor, he came home with this bodyfat measurer – you know, where you clip the parts where you accumulate fat? 

'So it became a competition between us. If I had some fat somewhere I’d be like, "Grr, I’m working that part." It’s fun, it’s just like a challenge, for no other reason that I like to challenge myself.' 

While Elsa says she's well aware of her husband's good looks, she's keeping that information to herself. 

She said: 'It's funny when it's your husband. For me, sexy is the inside of someone. 

'Of course I think he’s beautiful and fit, but I will never tell him that because he will get too, how do you say, "cocky"? He’ll be like, "What do you think of that?" 

And I’ll say, "Well, I’ve been the sexiest woman in Spain for a lot of years." It’s all just a joke, though.'

The Fast & Furious star talks about her role in the seventh part of the franchise.

'I'm a fearless person and my dream was always to be in an action movie where the female characters are as tough as the men.

'I think they forgot I would be pregnant [when filming]. I did get excited about doing stunts, but then they won’t let you do anything – like, nothing. You can’t even break a nail.'

With a blockbuster worthy $170 million budget it is the latest film to fall off the Marvel production line – just in time for the box office rush this summer. 

But while animated adventure Guardians Of The Galaxy prepared for its UK premiere in London’s Leicester Square on Thursday evening, its leading actress led the glamour –and stole the show – in a sweeping ruffled gown from Valentino Resort 2015. 

The 36-year-old plays personal assassin Gamora in the new film, and she was firing on all cylinders as she posed for photos in her chiffon monkey print dress shortly after setting foot on the specially rolled blue carpet that greeted the film’s cast.

Zoe, whose films have grossed a collective $5 billion in global box office takings, greeted onlookers with a warm smile before obliging those who had gathered in soaring temperatures for hours ahead of the one-off event with a round of autographs.

The actress is reported to be three months pregnant with husband Marco Perego, and she's been catching attention on the red carpet of late as her figure has shown signs of a pregnant belly, sparking rumours that she is expecting.

'Zoe is about three months pregnant,' a source told Us Weekly. 'But she will only announce the news when she's ready.'

The actress was joined by Scottish co-star Karen Gillen, who opted for a wildly different but no less distinctive ensemble, comprised of white collarless jacket with a bold sweeping pattern running across its centre. 

Karen, who takes the role of Nebula – one of the film’s villains – added to her look with a striking pleated miniskirt that was no less distinctive by virtue of its wide black belt and overlaid pocket detail.

Strappy ankle boots completed a highly original ensemble for the former Doctor Who sidekick as she greeted Zoe with a warm hug. 

Elsewhere Vin Diesel added an element of fun to proceedings by arriving on a pair of jumping stilt – but eschewed the safety helmet commonly recommended for users as he bounced across the blue carpet. 

The actor sported a tight black T-shirt bearing the legend I Am Groot – the name of his character in the forthcoming film – and he was in high spirits while chatting to a group of fans wearing identical tops.

Australian actor Chris Hemsworth – whose role as Thor makes him an integral part of the Marvel family – made a welcome appearance at the premiere with Spanish wife Elsa Pataky. 

While the towering hunk opted for a grey waistcoat and matching trousers for their night out, whiole Elsa looked typically stunning in a lace embellished semi-sheer dress and nude heels. 

The actress completed her look with strappy heels and a highly distinctive leopard print handbag that remained casually slung across her left shoulder while the married couple posed for photos.

Director James Gunn surprised fans by turning up with a live raccoon draped across his shoulders, and the animal appeared rather enamoured with the filmmaker.  

The stunt, a reference to Rocket Raccoon – the character played by Bradley Cooper – ensured he caught the eye as the unlikely duo made their way towards the Odeon cinema ahead of Thursday’s screening.

Guardians Of The Galaxy, based on the 2008 comic book version, is the tenth instalment in the expanding cinematic Marvel universe. 

The futuristic film focuses on the plight of pilot Peter Quill – played by Chris Pratt, also in attendance on the night – as he becomes the object of a fierce manhunt after stealing a precious orb. 

Having already won positive reviews following its Los Angeles premiere on July 21, the film will open in the UK on July 27 before getting a wider US release on August 1.
