And on Monday it was the latter for Rihanna as she shared yet more pictures of herself on a shoot.
The latest pictures show the singer looking super sultry wrapped in a towel as she protects her modesty, having shed herself from clothes and her hair extensions once again.

The sexy singer gazes into the camera while holding her manicured red nails up against her perfectly painted red lips.
Her eyes are accentuated with smoky eye make-up and her hair, which did have hair extensions in just the day before, was once again back in its pixie crop.
The Diamonds singer doesn’t appear to be wearing anything but is holding a white towel-like item across her chest.

All she is wearing is an intricate Chanel charm necklace and a pair of diamond earrings.
It is unclear what exactly the shoot is for but it appears the images have been taken by famous fashion photographer Mert Alas, who has photographed Victoria Beckham and Lady Gaga in the past.
The photographer usual works alongside his partner Marcus Piggott under the collaborative name of Mert and Marcus, creating acclaimed portraits of sophisticated and powerful women – which is a category Rihanna certainly falls under.

The 24-year-old accompanied the snap writing: ‘And that's a #wrap on my shoot for my new #topsecret add campaign!!! #2013 #phuckyobasic.’
She shared a further image of a close up of her face and her immaculate make-up, which she captioned: ‘#RIHpost sneak peek of my shoot today with mertalas.’
The Bajan beauty is gearing up for her Diamonds world tour, which is due to start next week.
The svelte star has been working hard to perfect her dance routines before things begin, and tweeted pictures of herself in the studio earlier this week.
However, she caused controversy with the shots, which showed her puffing away on a suspicious-looking cigarette during a break.

So it's hardly surprising that Girls creator Lena Dunham came forward earlier this week to accuse the star of being a bad role model for young women.
The 26-year-old actress and comedienne hit out at the singer for posting inappropriate content on her Instagram site that can be seen by her young fans.
She said: 'Fame is an amazing thing and it's a platform that you have to take seriously. Which is why sometimes, it's like. . . I used to be really into Rihanna, that pop star, and then it's like - again, I don't want to ever throw stones from my glass house - but I follow her on Instagram and I just think about how many little girls beyond what I could even comprehend are obsessed with Rihanna.
'Like, you know, she left Barbados, she's had this amazing career, she's won a Grammy. . . She's talented. And then she gets back together with Chris Brown and posts a million pictures of them smoking marijuana together on a bed.
