She's one of pop's hardest-working solo artists, but she's obviously still got time to squeeze in a few work-out sessions.
Rita Ora took time out from rehearsals the day before the first date of her Radioactive tour to tweet a picture of her washboard stomach and super-toned abs.
But far from admitting to any kind of gruelling exercise routine, the star revealed that she'd just been to Nandos and worked out for only six seconds.

'Got ready for radioactive see you tomorrow! Nandos diet and 6 second abs booom lol,' she wrote under the black and white snap of her enviable physique.
Clearly wanting to show all of her followers just what kind of shape she's in, the blonde singer may have succumbed to the Twitter tendency to over-share.
Revealing a large pair of black knickers, the RIP singer lifted up a jumper to show her stomach, a friend taking the snap before she posted it on the social networking site.

Obviously proud of what looked like the beginnings of a six-pack, the 22-year-old seemed keen to show everyone the fruits of her labour.
The star seemed to have spent the evening with BFF Cara Delevingne as they celebrated the birthday of her personal photographer Conor McDonnell.
As she larked around with her pals, the Hot Right Now singer added a picture of model friend Cara wearing a number of hats on her head: 'Birthday hat stack #modeltheshitouttaurthing @caradelevingne love,' she wrote.

On Monday morning, Rita was up bright and early as she set off on her Radioactive tour in her brand new tour bus.
'Day1 on tour bus!! We out here! #radioactivetour @jason_rembert @jonasjahay @realoctave @dirtynashuk @tomzti,' she wrote on Twitter, posting a picture of herself inside the bus with her entourage.
The singer kicks off her tour on Monday night at the Manchester Academy, before making her way around the country.
She recently admitted that she sees boss Jay-Z as a friend: 'Now it feels like we've known each other a long time. I get lots of advice from him. He's not just a great friend, but a boss and a brother. He's the man,' she said.
