But while the soap star's outfits and appearance often raise eyebrows, one person who appears to have taken inspiration from Helen is Hollyoaks actress Gemma Merna.
The 28-year-old actress arrived at the party announcing the shortlist wearing a plunging black Philip Armstrong jumpsuit and towering black heels.

However, it wasn't only the amount of cleavage on display that rivalled Helen, but also the top knot Gemma had teased her hair into.
In fact, the combination of the low cut outfit and scraped back bun meant that Gemma looked almost like a clone of Helen.
Gemma, who came in 86th position in FHM's Sexiest Women In The World list after failing to appear on the 2012 list, finished off her look with a strong brow and slick of pink lipstick.

Inside the event, held at the Sanderson Hotel, Gemma posed up with her Hollyoaks co-stars Jorgie Porter and Wallis Day, tweeting a picture of the trio together.
Despite Gemma's less than sophisticated outfit, the actress did look in good shape as she showed off her figure.
In a previous interview, Gemma revealed that she has finally learned to be comfortable with her body, and now just tries to stick to a healthy eating regime.

She explained: 'When I was younger I tried loads of diets - like not eating after 6pm and no carbs after lunch - I was always aspiring to be something else.
'I was a size 10-12 and didn’t like wearing bikinis at all. As I’ve got older I’ve realised you can’t change your body type.'
