Alice Fredenham fails to get through to the Britain's Got Talent Final

Another rejection: Alice Fredenham fails to get through to the Britain's Got Talent Final after losing out on The Voice UK

She may have had the voice of 'liquid platinum' but controversial contestant Alice Fredenham failed to secure a place in the Britain's Got Talent Final.
The singer did not receive enough public votes to stay in the competition, losing out to child acts Jack Carroll and Gabz.
This makes it the second time Alice has been rejected on a talent show - as she didn't get through in the blind auditions on The Voice UK earlier this year.

Doubts: Alice said she was still unsure of herself as a performer
'I was having massive bouts of self doubt,' Alice said ahead of semi-final performance on Tuesday.
But clearly those doubts had vanished after she performed Cry Me A River to rave reviews from the judges.
'You are every inch the star. You drew us into the emotion of the song.' David Walliams said.
'You're voice is so seductive and beautiful. It was majestical and hypnotising,' Alesha Dixon enthused.

A star: Both Alesha Dixon and Simon Cowell spoke highly of the singer
There are so many celebrities and not many stars. You are a star.' Amanda Holden said.
There's been so much controversy about you and I'm not easily fooled.' Simon Cowell said. 'I said you had a voice of liquid gold, well I'm going to change it to liquid platinum.'
Martin & Marielle kicked off the second semi-final with a routine that they described as the 'fastest one we've ever done'.
Wearing black and red costumes, they certainly had Amanda going 'wow'.
A slight hiccup in the routine was quickly rectified and the couple were met by praise from the judges.
David Walliams said, 'It was an incredible start to the show.'

Alesha Dixon said: 'You've upped your game, you had a little blip in there but I don't think it will make much of different. It was brilliant!'
Amanda said: 'It was sexy and dynamic, and I think you [Martin] could play a tall version of Simon Cowell in the movie.'
There was a little too much throwing your partner in the air,' Simon commented. 'It reminded me of a wildlife documentary where a killer whale jumps up to bite a seal.
'I do want one of you though.'

Which one was left to the audience's imagination as drumming sensation MckNasty took to the stage.
The unique drumming DJ got fantastic remarks across the board with his uptempo set featuring tracks from Nicki Minaj and Psy.
'It was fresh it was funky, if I was dancing down the discotheque I would be getting my groove on to that,' said David.
Alesha said: 'You got the party started and I know you are never going to be out of work. Can I hire you for my birthday?'
'You've re-invented this, we've had drumming acts before but you've got it.' Amanda enthused.

Simon finished off by saying: 'Seriously, seriously talented. Talent runs in your family and it's not easy just being behind a drum kit.
'You are a born entertainer.'
Asked after his performance what he made of it, MckNasty said: 'That's my home. This is it.'
And on what his brother Labrinth thought about the talent show, the drummer said: 'He's really excited and really happy, he just told me to "keep calm, be cool" and he's being really supportive.'

Following MckNasty were cute duo Jack and Cormac.
What is not to love about you guys.' David laughed. 'You're like a little PJ & Duncan if they had any musical talent.'
Alesha said: 'You two are adorable and you're friendship is very special. you have a lot of potential for the future.'
'You are infectious and you sound like you, like kids with your Irish accents. It's organic.' Amanda said.

'We would need to work more on the vocals but I see a future for you two.' Simon commented.
Modupe was up next and changed from her guitar-playing audition to a bouncy dance routine and poppy style.
David Walliams said: 'That is the biggest change that we've seen on the show. I liked it but I'm still getting used it. I got a bit less of your personality, but I'm applauding your bravery for it.'
Alesha wasn't too keen: 'For me this isn't you. I like you with a guitar but well done for trying something new.'

'It was completely different.' Amanda agreed. 'But I liked the difference and you had attitude. You really owned it.'
'I didn't get this at all.' Simon said after buzzing during her performance. 'I liked the fact you were much cooler with a guitar. This was very generic and very wannabe-ish. It actually made you more dated.
'I think you've been given some bad advice or you've made the wrong choice.'
In response Modupe said: 'I wanted to show I wasn't just a one-trick pony.'

Meat Diva began their performance with Elton John's Saturday Night's Alright For Fighting, followed by Cher's Turn Back Time.
Then Meatloaf joined Cher on stage to sing Bat Out Of Hell making it a power guitar performance of the century.
'There's one thing this show is about and it's fun. And that was brilliant fun.' David said. ' I think you're the ones to watch.'
'I didn't want to like it but I kind of did. Well done.' Alesha continued.
'It's amazing what a bit of production can do to your act.' Amanda laughed.

Simon had surprisingly good reviews: 'I still think the wigs and the outfits are dreadful, but you did give it a 110% tonight. It was a vast improvement on the first audition.'
Looking more flamboyant than Adam Ant, MD took to the stage, dancing to a mash up of BeyoncĂ© and Florence + The Machine.
'In a word. Fierce.' David said.
'Simon's comment helped you, but it was a nice explosion of energy.' Alesha said while Amanda called them 'all mentalists!'

However Simon criticised the Liverpudlian dance group: 'I like the production, I liked to costumes but I wouldn't have all of you in the group. You have too many weak members.'
Jack Carroll had the judges in stitches with his stand-up routine, giving Simon a good roast and comparing him to North Korean dictator Kim Jong-Un.
While Gabz's original song was again praised across the board with David telling Simon 'get that song onto iTunes now!'
Dark matters: Amanda, Alesha and David opted for black outfits while Simon stuck to his typical jeans and blue jacket combo

Alesha told Gabz: 'You have an amazing future ahead of you.'
'Just listening to the voice and the lyrics gave me the same type of feeling from when Lily Allen broke onto the scene,' Amanda continued.
Simon Cowell pointed out: 'The kids are taking over, and I think the song is a hit. You are a little popstar.'
The kids certainly took over with Jack Carroll, Jack and Cormac and Gabz making it to the top three.
Jack went straight through and the judges voted for Gabz to follow him to the BGT Finals.
