But on Wednesday night Frankie Sandford debuted her baby bump on the red carpet at The Hangover: Part III premiere in London's Leicester Square.
The 24-year-old singer joined her band mates at the event and showed off her pregnant frame in a flowing grey and white dress.

Frankie's dress boasted a modest split up the side and she carried a silver clutch bag under her bump.
It seems pregnancy suits the singer and she sported a glow and a broad smile across her face.
Frankie added a splash of colour with a bright red manicure, which drew attention to her huge engagement ring from her footballer beau.

The band walked the red carpet minus Rochelle Humes, who has just welcomed her own bundle of joy with husband Marvin.
The couple announced their new arrival on Monday morning shortly after the birth and the pair have named their daughter Alaia-Mai.
Frankie announced her pregnancy on Twitter earlier this month.

Telling her fans the happy news, she wrote: 'Some big news from me today! Wayne and I are having a baby. We are both SO happy and can't wait for his or hers arrival!'
Frankie first began dating Wayne in December 2010 and they announced their engagement in April.
