Dark Angel: Model Irina Shayk attends charity ball wearing a stunning sheer, black lace dress

If Rita Ora was the angel of light, then Irina Shayk was the angel of darkness on Tuesday night.
The model attended the Gabrielle's Angel Foundation 2013 Angel Ball, held at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City, wearing a stunning, sheer black lace dress.
With her dark hair parted to one side, Irina added a juicy red lipstick to accentuate her smouldering look.

The benefit was put on to raise funds for cancer research, and guests including Irina enjoyed entertainment from the likes of Usher, Pharrell Williams and the legend that is Chaka Khan.
Shayk will be riding on a high right now, after landing her very first Vogue cover for the November issue.
On her Facebook page, the Russian model wrote: 'Thank you Vogue España for being the first Vogue to feature me and to @belenantolin for giving me my first cover.

'You are beautiful inside and out ! I’d also like to thank Giampaolo Sgura and most importantly to Carlyne Cerf De Dudzeele for being the first to take a chance on me.'
But on Tuesday night, Irina was happy to rub shoulders with the likes of Rita and New York socialite Eli Mizrahi.
They made up for the absence of her long-term boyfriend Cristiano Ronaldo, who is currently in Spain playing for Real Madrid.
Irina recently opened up about her relationship with the 28-year-old footballer, telling Vogue: 'We’ve been together for more than three years and I’m enjoying my relationship!
'He’s great support. He’s always by my side and knows how to make me happy. I can sometimes be a demanding person and Cristiano is really patient dealing with my personality. So I also try my hardest to offer him all my support when he needs it.’
Cristiana has a son of his own, but Irina hopes they will settle down and have children together.
‘Just like any other woman, I want to have children, a family and loads of animals . But you can’t plan these things. The right time has to come and you never know when that will be’, the model told the fashion magazine.
