Battle of the bums! TOWIE's Jasmin Walia and Maria Fowler compete for attention as they copy Kim Kardashian's infamous selfie

The world was stunned when Kim Kardashian posted a selfie in a very revealing white swimsuit back in October.

And stars are still lining up to attempt to recreate the now infamous shot, with the latest posers being Maria Fowler and Jasmin Walia, both of TOWIE fame.

Jasmin is seen showing off her pert posterior while posing in a grey leotard, aiming her derriere at the mirror while snapping the sexy selfie.

Meanwhile, Maria, 27, gave Jasmin a run for her money as she posed in a black leotard, captioning the picture: 'White peaches can do the kardashian too #peach #MarbellaBumTraining.'

But while both Jasmin and Maria's recreations were admirable, neither reality star could compare with Kim.

Kim caused a storm when she posed for the selfie in a high-cut, revealing white swimsuit last year.

However, the mother-of-one later explained that the picture was intended to hit back at all those who poked fun at her weight gain during her pregnancy.

She said: 'I was trying on a bathing suit and I actually just sent that to my boyfriend – my fiancé – and I was like, "Babe, can I post this up? This is my, like, big middle finger to the world on everyone that called me fat." '

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 33, had put on 50lbs when she was pregnant with her daughter North, who she delivered in June. During her pregnancy she was called 'fat,' 'obese' and 'Shamu' by various bloggers.

'It really hurt my soul,' the new mom said. 'It changed how I am in the public a little bit…There were these stories where I was, like, 200 pounds.

'I was gaining weight because I was pregnant and it was really hard to read all these stories and hear all these nasty things. And I think people sometimes question, they think I’m out "in hiding" now.'
