'Why should we be paid less because we have boobs and a vajayjay?' Feisty Little Mix talk girl power as they pose for Wonderland magazine
After becoming the first group to win The X Factor back in 2011, the members of Little Mix are eager to see new ground finally broken in the wider realm of gender equality.
Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards and Jesy Nelson appear on the cover of Wonderland magazine's Spring Fashion issue and, in the accompanying interview, they wade into the row over equal pay for women in film.
'I just don't understand it. Why should we be paid less because we have boobs and a vajayjay?' Perrie told the publication.

Added Leigh-Anne: 'If things don't change women in the film industry should just go on strike.
'Could you imagine if all women in the film industry just stopped working or turned down parts until they got equal pay?'
The Move singers also spoke about the part they've helped play in empowering countless young girls across the nation.

Bid for equality: In the accompanying interview, Leigh-Anne suggested that women in Hollywood should go on strike until they're paid the same as their male counterparts
'It's so refreshing to see females owning it right now,' said Leigh-Anne. 'Girl power is what we're about. It's what we stand for as a group.

'We want to do everything we can to make women feel better about themselves.'
Jesy continued: 'We've had mums come up to us and literally thank us for making the music that we do, saying that since listening to Little Mix their daughters have been happier and more confident in themselves.
'If a girl is being bullied, or heartbroken, or just feeling like utter s**te, if our music can make them feel better, then we're doing our jobs right.'
In the magazine shoot, the stars wear a range of fun and colourful spring outfits as they pose together in the back of a limousine, surrounded by pink balloons - and wearing tiaras.
Meanwhile, the stars are hard at work on their third album - a follow-up to 2013's Salute - which is expected to be released later this year.
'We're just absolutely pouring our heart and soul into this album,' they recently told Digital Spy.
'We've got more writing experience, vocally we're going in even stronger - we've got more to write about - relationships and everything.'
