And Lorraine Kelly truly was her own best advertisement as she shared a stunning image on Twitter showing off her incredibly toned curves.
The 56-year-old is clearly incredibly proud of her hard work, while she is helping fans achieve their own goals with the help of her new exercise programme Lorraine Kelly: Living to the Max.

Lorraine, who celebrated her 56th birthday last month, looked extremely glamorous in the turquoise bikini which boasted gold adornments.While her hair and make-up were preened to perfection, it was her taut stomach and age-defying curves which were the focal point of the stunning picture.

Lorraine looked sensational as she posed up a storm in a coral sports bra with high-waisted black leggings - an ensemble which acted to show off her incredible curves.
The Scottish star is releasing the DVD in conjunction with her co-star and pal Maxine Jones, who she credits with helping achieve her new dream figure.
In another image from the shoot Lorraine went for a grey and green outfit comprising of patterned leggings and a grey sports top with a neon green trim which matched her brightly coloured trainers.

A combination of a healthy diet and Maxine's dance-based fitness classes, while she insists she sticks to her diet more in the mornings and on weekdays.
The stunning presenter, who hosts her eponymous breakfast show from Monday to Thursday, cheekily revealed supermodel Elle McPherson, nicknamed 'The Body', succumbed to the temptation of some biscuits in the studio yet Lorraine insists her diet means she won't get hungry.
Atop Elle's sweet treat, TV host Ben Fogle's dog also indulged in some of the biscuits.

Her shoot came in conjunction with a chat with the sister publication to Woman magazine.

She said: 'I’m 56 and I don’t want to cover up my arms. And I’ve got a waist, which is amazing at this time in my life.'
'I’ll have porridge with blueberries, nuts and honey. Porridge is great because it releases its energy slowly.
'If I didn’t have it, I’d be hungry by 9am. We have a plate of biscuits on the table at work and I never eat them – although Elle Macpherson had one. And Ben Fogle’s dog ate the whole lot!’

Lorraine's Living To The Max DVD follows on from many fitness campaigns the star has been involved in.
In 2009, she released another workout video called Walk Off The Pounds With Lorraine Kelly.
Additionally, in summer Lorraine was part of The Bikini Promise - a fitness incentive on her programme, which saw her look simply sensational in a skimpy bikini.
