Ashley James displays her stunning newly-toned curves and ample cleavage after embarking on fitness regime with former Gladiators star
She's always been the proud owner of a gorgeous figure.
But Ashley James has been working hard on improving it, getting leaner and firmer with the helping hand of bodybuilder James Crossley, otherwise known as Hunter from Gladiators.
The former Made In Chelsea star, 28, went from what she called 'skinny fat' to super fit and toned after adding plenty of lean muscle and dropping body fat, and made sure to show off her transformation in a stunning photoshoot.

And, clearly over the moon with her new appearance, Ashley gushed: 'I am absolutely thrilled with the results.
'I have seen such a huge transformation in my body, I feel so energised, toned and healthy, I am in the best shape I have ever been in!
Explaining her reasons for wanting to indulge in such a drastic method to improve her body and fitness, she said: 'I wanted to train with James initially because I was a huge fan of the Gladiators TV programme and the prospect of training with a real Gladiator was just too cool to turn down!'

Fixing her issues: Ashley is open about struggling with Body Dysmorphia, and her six-week training and diet regime has helped to remedy her issues
'It was also a great opportunity for me to learn from a real expert and try new methods and regimes to help improve my fitness and appearance,' she added, before touching on the subject of the body dysmorphia, something she battles with.
'Working with James was a chance for me to help change my mentality on how I perceive my body and the relationship I have with food.
'I have worked with trainers in the past but James' methods such as measuring my body fat percentage and parts of my body to show a difference really helped prove it worked.'
The transformation saw Ashley shed 3.5% of her body fat while packing on 2kg of muscle during the six-week regime, giving her a more streamlined, healthy physique, and one she couldn't wait to show off in a range of scant gym gear.
From 'skinny fat' to fit': Before the challenging regime, Ashley ate just 800 calories a day - but by bumping up to 1,500 calories and exercising almost daily, she has packed on 2kg of muscle and shed 3.5% body fat

In the images, taken with incredibly hunky, muscly former TV star James, she looks truly sensational, flaunting her toned tum, ample chest and lithe limbs in barely-there clothing.
Her skin glistening while posing and showing off her best moves with a variety of gym equipment, the transformation is easy to see in the striking shots, when compared to her before body.
One of the most eye-catching looks sees Ashley in a black and pink bra top, pushing up her generous cleavage, and tiny black shorts.

Other moments saw the stunning starlet rock briefs with a halter-neck bra top, not allowing her to hide one inch of her refined body.
Ashley started training three times a week with James while also doing two HIIT sessions and overhauling her diet in order to construct a new strong, honed and still curvy physique.
But it all proved to be a challenge for the pretty blonde - who was recently romantically linked to David Walliams - as she struggled with using weights in the past as she felt they would bulk her up.

But one of the main changes the TV personality and fashionista had to contend with was the change in her diet, as she has admitted to eating erratically and taking in just 800 calories a day, not enough fuel to give her the figure she wanted.
'Prior to meeting James I was eating only 800 calories a day, which I thought was a lot but learnt was actually a huge under-eater,' she revealed.
'I thought that by under-eating I would lose weight but wasn't actually seeing any real change to my body even with exercise.
Who better than a Gladiator? James is a personal trainer who is famous for his role on 1990s hit TV show Gladiators, on which he was better known as Hunter
'As part of my transformation James put me on a 1,500 calorie-a-day diet of all the things I should be eating and I found I lost weight, which was very surprising and certainly eye opening.'
To get her new gym-honed figure to the standard it is today, Ashley began eating four meals daily, each of which were heavy on the protein and also included healthy fats and low levels of carbohydrates.
'The change I have seen in my body and mentality has really spurred me on and am certainly going to continue to follow the training methods and eating plans I have learnt from James,' she said, thrilled.
'I think most importantly the transformation has helped me to manage my Body Dysmorphia and understand my body better.'
