TV babe and FHM Sexiest Female winner Helen Flanagan has reportedly undergone a nose job after suffering years of abuse.
The 22-year-old blonde flew to a foreign clinic to get the procedure in order to have some private while she recovered.
A close friend of the previous Coronation Street actress has revealed details of the stars anguish, explaining that she was haunted by child hood jibes about having an irregularly sized nose.

'She was still racked with self doubt,' the source revealed, adding: 'She was bullied throughout her school days about the size of her nose and it really affected her badly.'
Explaining that Helen had feared going under the knife, the friend continued to tell The Sun on Sunday: 'She finally plucked up the courage and flew out to a foreign clinic at the start of last month. She was absolutely terrified before the op and there were points when she thought about pulling out.'
It transpired that the timing came at a bad point, as Helen's footballer boyfriend Scott Sinclair required medical treatment when she was away.

However the star worried about exposing her procedure if she returned to care for the 24-year-old Man City star - and public opinion turned when she didn't show up to give him her support.
'She couldn't speak out and defend herself, because she didn't want everyone knowing she had gone under the knife and had cosmetic surgery.'
News of Helen's procedure will likely come as a surprise to fans as she hasn't exactly appeared as body conscious in the past.

At the end of 2012, the TV star headed to the Australian outback to feature in I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! undergoing bush tucker trials and having cameras on her 24-hours-a-day.
And she also opted to bare all for a PETA campaign just last month.
'I really, really enjoy my photoshoots and I'm not shy, as everyone knows. It's good fun. If everything is really classy and beautiful and tasteful, I don't think there's anything wrong with sexy shoots,' she said near the time of the PETA campaign unveiling.
'I think women should celebrate themselves as beautiful and sexy. It's a positive thing. Scott would never tell me what to do and what not to do and vice versa.'
A spokesperson for the star has, as yet, not been available to comment on the new nose claims.
