Don't worry, it's only make-up! Chloe Moretz reveals painful looking bruise on her cheek as she strolls around The Equalizer set

She is currently filming an upcoming action movie, which will no doubt feature plenty of fight scenes.
And at first glance Chloe Moretz made for an alarming sight as she was spotted on the Chelsea, Massachusetts set of The Equalizer on Wednesday.
The actress was showing off a painful looking bruise on her right cheek, but fortunately on closer inspection it became clear it was only make-up.

The 16-year-old appeared to have just left the make-up trailer ahead of shooting a scene.
Along with the pretend injury, she sported smoky eyes and a bold red lip.
Chloe was spotted checking her messages on her mobile phone as she passed the time on set, and one of them left her beaming from ear to ear.

The Kick-Ass star was halfway through the getting ready process before filming got underway, and wore her dark blonde hair pinned back, as though prepped for a wig.
She also wore a black dress underneath her comfortable clothing, which consisted of a pink dressing gown and Ugg boots.
Chloe must have been sweltering in the sheepskin lined footwear, which she had sported the day before – and was left needing to cool off with an iced beverage.

She had also dressed in Daisy Dukes, an American flag print tank top and showed off reddish brown tresses complete with a fringe.
On this day Chloe found the time once again to pay tribute to Cory Monteith, who died on Saturday, by posting a picture of them together on her Twitter page.
Chloe plays Teri in the movie, which also stars Denzel Washington and is scheduled for release next year.
The Equalizer is a feature film version of the classic TV show, about a ‘veteran covert operative who, seeking redemption for his dark deeds, quits a CIA-like agency and puts a classified advertisement in the paper that reads simply: "Got a problem? Odds against you? Call the Equalizer,"’ according to IMDb.
