She is a mother of two who juggles parenthood with her successful career on TV.
But Melanie Sykes doesn’t just act like a super hero, she also dresses like one – at least for the sake of good TV she does.
The 42-year-old left mouths agape as she appeared on Let’s Do Lunch wearing a Wonder Woman inspired costume which showed off her hugely impressive figure.

Standing with her hands on her hips the star showed off her outfit to its full potential and while it revealed her cleavage it was her legs which took centre stage.
Wearing a pair of high gold heels her legs looked even more slender than usual and appeared endless beneath the short red skirt.
Cinched in at the waist and with a sweetheart neckline, the black, red, white and gold outfit really made the most of her figure.

Standing tall Mel was clearly pleased with the picture and wasted no time in tweeting it to her followers, captioning it: ‘@letsdolunchitv #SuperSykes just another day at the office. Lol xxxx’
The newly wed has just finished the latest ITV series alongside Gino D’Campo, which means she will be having time off until the show returns again at Christmas.
Talking about the show recently to the Express, she said: ‘We have a laugh in meetings and rehearsals and we have fun on air. It's laughter that gets us through any day and we've got good chemistry.

‘We have fun, make some food and banter with the guests. Gino's a fun guy and, I don't know why, but when you're talking about food, everything becomes sexual so there are always double entendres.
‘It's all very snigger-snigger and a bit schoolyard, but that's me and Gino all over.’
However, while she may not be filming, Mel won’t be taking it easy as she has her heart set on something rather more daunting – she is training to compete in clay pigeon shooting at Rio 2016.
Speaking about her new hobby she recently said: ‘It's so exciting. I love it more than anything else I've ever done in my life.
‘I'm 43 this year and I never thought I'd have another career change. I'm buzzing about it.’
