The fast-approaching due date means that she will be performing well into her third trimester, which has forced X Factor producers to ensure medical staff will be on-site at the ITV London studios.
The mum-of-one told The Mirror: 'I found out I was pregnant at about three and a half months.
'The dad, who is looking after my daughter, was thrilled. My new bandmates have been brilliant too. They've been so supportive and really positive.'
SeSe - real name Shereece Foster - informed Take That's Gary Barlow last week, following the group's trip to New York.
Speaking of his reaction, she said: 'He talked to me about his children and said he's there for me. I feel doubly blessed.'
Not long to go: The X Factor hopeful is due to give birth in January - shortly after the season finale
An X Factor source told The Mirror: 'We are delighted to hear SeSe's news. She's being well looked after and her rehearsals are being scheduled carefully to ensure she has plenty of time to rest.
'Her bandmates have even joked that they're looking forward to welcoming a fourth member of the band soon.
Previously, SeSe hit the headlines when she disclosed she is bisexual.
The aspiring pop star confessed that she's attracted to both men and women - and that her boyfriend enjoys her fluid sexuality.
In particular, she admitted that she 'noticed' fellow bandmate Rielle when they were first thrown together at rehearsals.
But now the all-girl group, who hail from London, Essex and Manchester, are the best of friends.
They quickly moved in together after forming Miss Dynamix and reckon being in a band is 'really easy and fun', but admitted it was also emotional when they learned they'd made it through.
Jeanette said: 'We have cried a lot. They did a compilation of us crying and it was pretty long. We need therapy.'
