It was very much a case of all eyes on her as the great and good of the showbiz world geared up for the 2013 MTV Europe Music Awards on Sunday night. 
And Miley Cyrus certainly didn't disappoint as she well and truly brought the shock factor to Amsterdam's Ziggo Dome venue ahead of what promised to be a rather eventful night. 
Cementing her reputation as the bad girl of pop, the 20-year-old singer strutted her stuff in a pair of monochrome chequered thigh-high boots, a plunging halterneck top... and very little else.

But Laura was disappointed that she wouldn't be able to get changed throughout her presenting stint, as she had to jet off straight to Australia after fronting her segment of the awards to prepare for her next job on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! NOW!
She told MailOnline on the red carpet: 'I had three outfit choices for tonight, but sadly I won't be changing as I'm flying straight out to Australia.'
Adding even more height to her seemingly endless legs in a pair of black strappy sandals, Laura completed her striking look with her signature winged eyeliner and plum lips, while wearing her blonde locks tied back loosely from her face.

Commanding attention as she posed alongside the great and good of the showbiz world, the Plain Jane host looked incredible in a low-cut spaghetti-strap peach midi-dress.

Pulling numerous shapes as he made his mark on the event before he even opened his mouth, the LMFAO singer had nothing put praise to offer for woman of the moment Miley Cyrus, who was nominated for four awards at the ceremony. 
He told MailOnline: 'Miley is a genius. I hope she's wins something, tonight's all about her.'

But Jay Sean and Swizz Beatz opted for a more casual approach to their outfits, with the latter opting for a low-key vibe in a hoodie, baseball cap and trainers. 
Justin Timberlake leads the nominations for the awards ceremony with five nods for Best Male, Best Live, Best Video for 'Mirrors', Best US Act and Best Look.

Meanwhile, rapper Macklemore and producing partner Ryan Lewis match Justin with nominations in the Best New, Best Hip Hop and Best World Stage categories, as well as competing against him for Best US Act.
They are also nominated in the prestigious Best Song section for their huge hit Thrift Shop. Hot on those acts' heels, Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus and Robin Thicke, are all up for four awards each.
Gaga and Miley will go head-to-head for the Best Female title and, alongside Robin Thicke, all three will compete for the coveted title of Best Video.
With both Miley and Robin expected to attend, it is rumoured they could recreate - or even top - their momentous performance at the US version of the show, the MTV Video Music Awards, last month.
That performance proved controversial when Miley twerked against the singer in a flesh-coloured latex bikini as they performed a version of his track Blurred Lines.
Of their performance - which outraged many - she later said: 'Every VMA performance, anyone that performs ... That's what you are looking for. You want to make history. Me and Robin, the whole time, said, "You know you are about to make history right now?" '
