Katherine Jenkins goes public with new man Andrew Levitas as she receives her OBE... wearing a VERY bright outfit

Katherine Jenkins has gone public with her new boyfriend Andrew Levitas - on the day she was awarded an OBE at Buckingham Palace.
The 33-year-old singer is reported to have first met American professor and painter Andrew during a trip to Los Angeles last October.
But she chose one of the most momentous days of her career as the perfect opportunity to debut the romance.

Katherine posed up with Andrew outside the palace after being awarded her award from the Prince of Wales for her music and charity work.
The Neath-born mezzo-soprano wore a very bright outfit for the special occasion, opting for a white sleeveless dress with a multi-coloured geometric pattern on the front.
She teamed the dress with a pair of nude, patent heels and an eye-catching fuschia hat as she posed for pictures.

Levitas, meanwhile, looked dapper in his black suit, white shirt and grey tie as he posed outside the palace.
As well as being a professor at New York University, the 36-year-old is also an artist and filmmaker - responsible for helming 2012 movie Lullaby starring Amy Adams and Jennifer Hudson - due for release later this year.
Upon receiving her OBE at the investiture ceremony, Katherine dedicated the award to all the UK's forces serving around the world.
Katherine has had a string of popular hits since making her recording debut in 2004 and twice won the best album prize at the Classical Brits.

The singer is also a trustee of the British Forces Foundation and towards the end of last year travelled with the organisation to Afghanistan to entertain troops.
She revealed that the letter informing her of the OBE was sent to her family's home in Neath but was delivered by mistake to a neighbour, who handed it to her mother.
Jenkins said: 'She was bouncing off the walls, desperate for me to open it. When I opened it I was so shocked, I really, really couldn't believe it.

'I was obviously incredibly proud. My mum and I had a little glass of champagne and toasted my father, who is not with us any more.
'My award was for services to music and charity, I definitely put most of that towards my work with the military and my charities like Macmillan (Cancer Support).
'To be recognised for the things that I've done with the military is a really special thing for me and I feel it should be shared with all of them really, all our military personnel around the world.'
