They also meet Anthony, four, who has malaria, and after being told by a doctor that for every ten children he sees, you 'lose three or four', it all becomes too much for Perrie Edwards who is seen wiping away her tears.
'Nothing can prepare you for what you see. It's frustrating. There's no reason for them to be ill. It's £5 for a mosquito net', Perrie adds.

'The shock of getting into the water which was so cold slowed me down. When I saw the finish line, I was running towards my kids, it was amazing', she said.
Before her challenge, Davina had met with a young girl called Anne who worked in a quarry in Nairobi.
She told her that the evening was what made her happy, which reminded the star of another young woman who she had met over ten years ago and who had since graduated from university after help from Sport Relief.

The part of the show that everyone had been waiting for was up next, as Beckham went to Peckham for a special edition of Only Fools and Horses.
Cutting to a busy market scene, Del Boy is seen offering punters a pair of 'authentic David Beckham underpants', which Rodney is seen modelling very reluctantly and unsuccessfully.
After asking him to show possible buyers what made them special, he turns around to reveal a signature by the footballer on the back.
After packing up and heading to the cafe after a lack of sales, the brothers were seen enjoying a cup of tea while Rodney told Del he wasn't going degrade himself again in the object of making money.

Help: Beckham is seen offering Rodney modelling advice after they meet up in the local Peckham cafe
Advice: David tells him: 'Most people think modelling is about standing there looking great, but there's more to it than that. Just remember a good model doesn't just walk, he glides. They don't just turn, they oscillate'
The camera then cut to David Beckham himself, who is sat next to them in the cafe.
They start arguing over whose idea it was to sign the 'boxer briefs', as well as Rodney's lack of enthusiasm.
The former Manchester Unite star admits why he refused to model them, after 'Fergie almost killed' him last time, before being asked by his companions as to why he was wearing dark-rimmed spectacles.
'I am trying to in-cognitive', he says.
Offering advice on how best to model the pants in future, David tells him: 'Most people think modelling is about standing there looking great, but there's more to it than that. Just remember a good model doesn't just walk, he glides. They don't just turn, they oscillate.'
After listening to what he says, Rodney gives it another go. As Beckham watched from the side, he is asked to sign a football by a fan, before falling over, reminiscent of Del Boy's famous bar scene.
Boyzone meanwhile finsihed the proceedings from the first half of the show, with a performance of Everything I Own.
