Jenna Coleman cuts a chic figure in an elegant form-fitting tea dress as she attends Victoria and Albert Museum summer party

She recently wrapped filming on Victoria, an eight-part ITV drama in which she plays the iconic queen.
And Jenna Coleman still had a regal air to her as she attended the Victoria and Albert Museum's star-studded summer party in London's South Kensington on Wednesday night.
The former Doctor Who actress, 30, looked the picture of effortless elegance as she slipped into a form-fitting dress, featuring a pattern of white flowers set against a purple and orange background.

The brunette beauty straddled the line between sexy and demure perfectly, showing off her enviable figure without revealing too much skin.
Jenna's dress stopped well below her finely polished knees and featured a round neckline with deep V-opening, giving the slightest hint of décolletage.
Black and white detailing around her neck and cinched waist helped break up the floral motif, adding a dose of sophistication and intrigue to the summery look.

Understated yet glamorous, Jenna pulled her brunette tresses behind her ears, framing her face beautifully and letting her wrinkle-free complexion take centre stage.
She played a complementary make-up game, wearing praline-coloured lipstick with orange undertones that gave cohesion to her hair and dress.
The Blackpool-born thespian carried a small pillbox clutch, which featured a dazzling golden lattice design.
Although Queen Victoria is often thought of as a widow in black who mourned her beloved Prince Albert for years on end, Jenna will portray her as a headstrong woman who intoxicates the many men she comes into contact with.

The series will follow the Queen from her accession to the throne, when she was just 18 years old, to her courtship and marriage to Albert, portrayed by Tom Hughes.
The first episode recreates the Queen's coronation at Westminster Abbey in 1838.
Running across eight episodes, the series has been created and written by acclaimed novelist Daisy Goodwin, in her screenwriting debut, who will also serve as executive producer alongside Dan McCulloch (Indian Summers) and Damien Timmer (Poldark).
Victoria is set to air on ITV later in 2016, although no definite air date is known.
