She makes her living as a model, so it's no surprise Imogen Thomas was eager to get her pre-baby shape back.
But after gaining three stone during her pregnancy with baby Ariana, it was no easy task.
Getting back into training was especially difficult for Imogen, 30, who admitted: 'It's been a struggle, and I did have days when I was so tired I cried.'

The new mother also felt the pressure to regain her size 10 figure, telling Now magazine that 'there's added pressure when you're being photographed.
'I've been modelling for years and just wanted to get back to it. I was panicking about doing it.'
Imogen gave birth to her first daughter with city trader Adam Horsley back in March, taking her up to a size 16, but now she's ready to get back to her day job and has been spending her time since training and working out.
The Welsh model says her fitness regime began with 'uphill walking on the treadmill, moving on to high-intensity workouts like sprints' and after a month she added weight training to her two hour sessions at the gym.

'I've always liked doing exercise because it releases endorphins.' Imogen said. 'But it isn't easy, to be honest.'
'I just got through bad days and focused on the rest.'
Her secret to combating her sugary cravings are Slimsticks which she drinks before every meal because 'they help you feel full.'
At 5ft 6in, Imogen currently weights 10st 7lbs, but she's hoping to get back to a 'size 10 by the summer.'
'I'm loving my legs at the moment, but I'd like to tone up my belly.'
However, Imogen won't let the scales govern her body satisfaction, rather she will focus on the feel of her old clothes as she gradually slims down to fit into them.
'It isn't a good idea to become obsessed with scales - it's more about you fit into your clothes.'
But despite the struggle to lose weight, being a mum has been worth it all.
'It's been the most rewarding job ever. Ariana's absolutely adorable, ' Imogen gushes.
