But Jessie J debuted a much sleeker approach to style when she appeared on BBC1's Graham Norton Show, this week.
The brunette beauty pre-recorded her performance in central London on Thursday evening with a sharp bob and a very revealing jumpsuit.

With her raven locks parted in the middle, Jessie sported a retro figure - not least because of her choice of attire.
The Price Tag star, who has returned with a new album, also showcased an eyebrow-raising neckline and some impressive flared trouser legs.
She matched the look with some dress-down open-toed shoes.

Belying her brooding appearance, the star was all-smiles as she sat alongside fellow guests David Tennant, Olivia Colman - who's starring in the hotly-anticipated second series of Broadchurch, and legendary film producer and Hollywood mogul, Harvey Weinstein.
Her appearance comes just days after confirming that she will be joining the judging panel on the upcoming season of The Voice Australia.

As if that wasn't enough, the 26-year-old has announced a string of headline shows across the country beginning in March.
The pop singer took to her Instagram on Thursday to make the announcement, sharing the promotional poster for the concerts.
'AUSTRALIA!!! My first solo TOUR!!! I can't wait!...' she captioned the photo which will be sure to excite her Australian fans.
The whirlwind concert is set to kick off on the 13 March in Melbourne as the British artist makes her way through Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide before wrapping up on the 20th in Perth just a week later.
Australian singer and dancer Timomatic will support the Bang Bang singer on the tour. Tickets go on sale on January 23.
On completion of the headline tour, Jessie will gear up for the premiere for season four of the talent show which will commence on Channel Nine in May after leaving the same role on the UK version in 2013.
Confirming her position on the panel she said, 'I love Australia, I can't wait to see what voices I'll discover'.
