The former Coronation Street actress proved she's got what it takes to be a pop star as she delivered a lively performance of Spice Girls' hit track Wannabe.

Going up against her Ordinary Lies co-star Jason Manford, the British beauty happily strutted her stuff along the stage, while she flicked her hair back and forth.
She was also given her seal of approval by the one and only Mel B, aka Scary Spice, who presents the Channel 5 show alongside Professor Green.
Last week's debut episode saw David Walliams and fellow Britain's Got Talent judge Alesha Dixon battle it out.

The new series, inspired from the hit US series, features two celebrities going head-to-head in routines where they mime to hit songs, complete with dance moves, facial expressions and costumes.
Meanwhile, host Mel B recently revealed that she would beat Geri Horner (Ginger Spice) if they were pitted against each other on the show.
'The easiest one would be Geri because she would forget the words in five seconds,' she explained.

'Probably the most competitive one out of the group is Mel C because she never likes to get anything wrong,' the star also revealed.
'She doesn't like to sing a note out of tune, she's very regimented with her workout, so she would probably be the hardest one to beat.'
Professor Green said the series will allow people to get their 'inner divas out' and show themselves 'in a completely different light'.
Lip Sync Battle UK is on Friday at 10pm on Channel 5
