And although Ariana Grande's makeout session may not have been a complete disgrace, it definitely made headlines the next morning.
The 22-year-old singer was spotted passionately kissing her backup dancer beau Ricky Alvarez after she hosted and performed on Saturday Night Live.

The couple attended the hit NBC show's after-party which was held at New York City's Biblioteca lounge.
And it was with the same boyfriend that she found herself in hot water last year after she licked a donut that she hadn't paid for.
Last July, the Bang Bang singer was caught on a surveillance camera as she entered a Lake Elsinore, California doughnut shop with Alvarez.

When donuts were placed on the counter, she said: 'What the f**k is that? I hate Americans. I hate America.' Then she licked them.
Although the owner of the store decided not to press charges of criminal mischief, the cashier on duty said the pop singer was 'really rude.'
But the brunette beauty was able to poke fun at herself on the late-night sketch comedy show and explained: 'Yes it was childish and stupid and I have learned that it is really time to grow up.'
As she began to break into her anthem she continued: 'I think I am in a place where I am ready to be caught in a real, adult scandal.'

‘A real scandal you know? Something to take my career to the next level. Something that says welcome to Hollywood kid.
‘Miley has had them, Bieber has had them, everyone has had them and each day I sit by my window and I dream, what will my scandal be?’
She then sang a song which came up with potential scandals including botox, making an anti-semitic Twitter joke, trashing a hotel room, or having a love child with Drake.
The show’s cast then joined her to sing about her potential scandals as she pretended her breasts were going to pop out.
