And Kristina Rihanoff has now opened up about her first month of motherhood, confessing she found the first few weeks really difficult.

The Russian dancer, 38, wrote in her Hello! online blog: 'That first month of motherhood as a first-time mum was really challenging to be honest. It wasn't an easy first month at all.

'I can openly say that some days are amazing but some days I felt a little down. You feel like you can't even get up and cook something or walk around because you don't have the energy.'

But Kristina said the support of her mother and partner Ben Cohen helped pull her through the tough times.

The blonde bombshell also explained that she's on a mission to get her pre-pregancy body back.

She wrote: 'So many people told me I was going to bounce back and get my dancer's body back. But your body just goes through a crazy transformation during pregnancy and after labour. It took me a while to get used to exercising but once I got back into it I felt okay.'

Kristina and Ben met when they were paired up together on Strictly Come Dancing in 2013.

The 38-year-old beauty announced her pregnancy to housemates in the Celebrity Big Brother house in January this year.

While it is a first child for Kristina, Ben has twin daughters Isabelle and Harriette, eight, with his ex-wife Abby.

Kristina and Ben have always insisted they only got together after Ben split from his childhood sweetheart Abby.

Ben and Abby announced their separation in September 2014, with the athlete's relationship with his Kristina becoming public last year.

Kristina admitted that even though their pregnancy wasn't planned, she 'cried with joy' when she found out she was expecting the 37-year-old star's baby.

Milena was born at Northampton General Hospital on 24 June and weighed a healthy 7lb 1oz.
