The 19-year-old beauty is best known for her role as Sansa Stark on the hit HBO drama, and in keeping with her royal character was looking like pure class.
Her dress had a black figure hugging mid-section with a high neckline and short hemline.
At the back the solid black area became a little more race with a low cut back and a single band running from the halter at the nape of her neck to the small of her back.
Party in the back! Sophie's dress was all about the low cut back that revealed just a little skin
The dress was far from unsophisticated however as it had a pretty nude coloured underlay of sheer fabric.
This element appeared around her shoulders with small capped sleeves and as an extension of her skirt.
It also formed a cowl neck shape around the base of her back and gave an ethereal effect to an otherwise very structured mini-dress.
Natural beauty: Sophie kept her make-up dewy and fresh with a strong highlight and black liquid liner

Former Hollyoaks actress Nathalie Emmanuel was also making her way down the red carpet.

She teamed her suit with a mother of pearl box clutch and a pair of sleek black strapped sandals.

A long way from Hollyoaks: Nathalie's not the first from the soap to make it in GOT after Roxanne McKee appeared in the first two seasons
Nathalie plays Missandei in the hit show and has been a recurring character since the third and fourth season.
