Gemma - who plays Carly Hope in Emmerdale - recently revealed she stays in shape thanks to the help of her boyfriend, Olly Foster, who is a personal trainer.
Speaking on the ITV1's Lorraine, she said: 'My fella is my trainer so I've got no excuse.

'He's brilliant, he's great, he's not too hard on me but it's just great to have that support and someone who's on the same page as you who wants to take care because it's more for mental benefits for me really.
'It makes me feel good and if you've got a full day in studio, I need to eat well and get a workout in in the morning to get me through the day.'
And touching on her strict diet, she said: 'On the weekends you can have your treat but in the week [I'm good]... Life is too short to not eat cake isn't it!'
