The brunette media personality made the admission in a frank conversation with Susannah Constantine during Friday's episode of the jungle competition.
Speaking about Geordie Shore, she said: 'It is, what it is, it’s car crash TV essentially and I enjoyed doing it when I was younger but when I got slightly older, I thought I’m not sure I can do this.
'It’s supposedly youth culture. I had sex on TV and I regret that massively, it was one of those things'.
'That breaks my heart, you telling me that,' said Susannah.

'I’m a bit of prude and always been quite precious about sex. If I have sex it’s because I love them,” said Vicky. 'At the time I thought it was the right thing to do, because other people were, but as I get older I realise it was foolish.'
Vicky's tryst, with Stephen Bear, was seen by millions of viewers and has now been immortalised online.
Writing in her New! Magazine at the time, she said: 'It's been mortifying for me, so I can't imagine what it's like for my mum. My dad stays well clear of it all - I think he'd take my head off my shoulders if he saw it.
'I remember one of the lads once held up a picture of me in a bra and knickers in the paper and dad was raging. They haven't shown him anything since!'

But Vicky insisted: ‘The worst thing about having sex on TV was that my mam stopped speaking to me for ages when she found out.'
