Yet Helen George and her fellow opponents found time out from their gruelling final rehearsals to support BBC telethon Children In Need just hours before their live show kicked off.
The 31-year-old Call The Midwife actress put on an extremely leggy display in a tiny grey playsuit which she is due to wear when she dances the Rumba to Adele's smash hit Hello in the evening's live episode.

The tiny garment was cinched in at the waist with a ruched silk panel while she covered up slightly with a matching dusky grey-coloured chiffon kimono.
Her extremely tanned legs were made to look even longer with the addition of strappy, ballroom-style heels, which were prepared to take the famous dance floor later in the night.

The actress, who is paired with professional dancer Aljaž Skorjanec, ensured her make-up was on-screen ready with heavy-handed foundation and an expertly applied slick of eyeliner and false eyelashes.
