Sarah Harding quits The Jump after ligament injury... as she becomes the SIXTH star forced to pull out on medical grounds
Former Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding has become the latest celebrity to pull out of The Jump.
Quitting the show on medical advice, Sarah will no longer be able to compete because she has 'pulled a ligament in her knee' on Thursday.
Speaking to Digital Spy on Friday, a representative for the singer revealed that Sarah will need physiotherapy and plenty of rest.

Sarah's spokesperson told the publication: 'Sarah Harding has withdrawn from the competition on medical advice after pulling a ligament in her knee during training yesterday.
'She has been advised by medics to rest and will undergo physiotherapy. Sarah has been a great competitor and we wish her a speedy recovery.'
The musician becomes the sixth competitor to withdraw due to injury.

She hinted at the high level of danger involved in the danger involved in the reality show when she tweeted earlier this week to say: 'Another day another bruise (or three) #goingsgettingtough #TheJump @Channel4... keeping everything crossed right now'
Tina Hobley, Rebecca Adlington, Beth Tweddle, Mark-Francis Vandelli and Linford Christie were all forced to pull out of the show since 12 stars headed to Austria in January for the dangerous stunt show.
Sarah appeared to be having the time of her life on the show, after throwing herself into training in Austria at the start of this month.
In early pictures of her in action, she appeared to be inches from a crash landing as she tried her best to master the art of jumping over obstacles in skis.

She was seen whizzing through the air without her poles for balance and looked unsteady as she built up enough momentum to push her over a ramp.
Although she looked far from a natural stunt woman, she managed to pluck up the courage to execute a simple jump mid-air.
Sarah was brightly clad in a skin-tight red one-piece for the stunt, which meant she couldn't be missed on the course.
