'If you're not friends, it’s not going to work': Former X Factor winners Little Mix offer their pearls of wisdom to girl band Four Of Diamonds
They made history by becoming the first ever group to win The X Factor in 2011.
And Little Mix shared their top tips for succeeding in the competition with girl band Four Of Diamonds when they performed on the results show last Sunday night.
Four-piece Four Of Diamonds, who made a triumphant comeback after twins Brooks Way were suspended from the ITV show, are feeling a little nervous about returning at this late stage, but the Little Mix girls were keen to reassure them.

Jade Thirlwall told them: 'When we were on the show we literally did not stop rehearsing 24 seven, through the night. We didn’t really stop, we were hardcore.
'And I think we just had so much fun. I think friendship is probably the most important thing, if you’re not friends, it’s not going to work.'
Leigh-Anne Pinnock added: 'Stick together, definitely have each other’s backs.'
Perrie Edwards told the girls: 'You’re amazing! Have fun with it, be confident.

Leigh-Anne Pinnock added: 'Stick together, definitely have each other’s backs'
'Show everyone’s individual personality and when you get given a song think, how can we switch it up, flip it on it’s head, do something completely different….
Jesy Nelson added: 'It is all just about your friendship and enjoy every minute because you don’t ever know where it’s going to end. Just enjoy it... You are doing amazing and we’re with you all the way!'
Four of Diamonds - who sailed through their first live show performance - are formed of Caroline, Sophia, Lauren and Yasmin and mentored by Louis Walsh, who angered viewers when he originally sent them home during Judges' Houses.
Sophia said: 'It’s really nice to talk to you guys, you seem so humble and down to earth, to see you come out the other end and everything you’ve done.

This comes after the talented newcomers admitted their goal was to emulate Little Mix's success.
The Salute hitmakers have just scored the fourth UK number one of their careers, following Cannonball, Move and Black Magic, thanks to new single Shout Out To My Ex.
Singer Caroline told RadioTimes.com: 'We've seen them come such a long way. They're so great now and they started in the same position as we did.
'We can only hope and pray that one day we will be as big and as successful as them, and just follow along in their footsteps.'
