The X Factor welcomed it's third live show on Saturday with diva themed week.
And who better to kick things off than sassy judge Nicole Scherzinger, who immediately took hold of the mic and belted out a medley of classics while Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh, Sharon Osbourne headed to their seats.
The talented mentor, 38, wowed the audience, but it wasn't long before Simon blasted her for her lack of mentoring focus after her first act Ryan Lawrie was slated for his performance.

Looking like a true diva, she sent Twitter wild as she got the show off to an energetic start before her first act Ryan - the first of ten - performed Adele's Rolling Deep after being given advice by A-list guest, John Legend.
However, the 20-year-old Scottish star, who was mistaken as 17 by Sharon was slated by the judges for his efforts.
