She recently got engaged to rapper boyfriend, Professor Green, during a romantic mini-break in Paris.
But Millie Mackintosh unleashed the musical side to her personality as she posed alongside a guitar in an arty shoot for the May edition of Tatler magazine.
Stripping down to just skimpy underwear and a pair of killer heels as she pouted up a storm in the black and white shot, the 23-year-old reality star certainly didn't seem to be shy when it came to parading her impressive figure for all to see.

Showing off her seemingly endless legs as she sat cross-legged on the edge of a toilet, the Quality Street heiress completed her racy look with a pair of cat ears as she strummed away on her guitar.
With her light brunette locks tied back from her face, the make-up artist wore a pair of fluttering false lashes while pouting seductively into the camera.
Millie was joined by her Made In Chelsea co-stars for the Tatler shoot, as well as new girl Phoebe-Lettice Thompson, who works as a fashion assistant on the society magazine.
The only cast member notably absent from the shoot was Louise Thompson, and the petite brunette would have been none too pleased by boyfriend Spencer Matthews' choice of pose.
