KATE Garraway is quite literally in awe of her morning TV co-star Lorraine Kelly.
In a catch up with OK! Online at Tonia Buxton's Eat Greek For A Week book launch, the Good Morning Britain presenter admitted her pal's bikini body has blown her away.
She told us exclusively: "Have you seen Lorraine!? I'm going to put a picture of her on my fridge to help inspire me."
Talking about her own summer body goals, Kate said: "I don't know that I have a secret weapon, I have a lot of secrets!
"You have to accept that you have to work at it, I don't enough but it is one of my goals to get a little more toned."
"You have to accept that you have to work at it, I don't enough but it is one of my goals to get a little more toned."
And one way Kate, 48, is planning on getting in shape this year is with the help of her friend Tonia and her new book.
"It 's got to be easy and quick which is why this would be good for me. I'll give it a go," the TV star revealed.
"Everyone that has done it says you feel fantastic. It's almost like going on holiday to the Mediterranean!"
So why eat greek? Well, according to Tonia, it helps you manage your weight, slow the ageing process AND helps prevent the development of diabetes.
If it includes feta, we're in!
