Blue Steel babes! Gigi Hadid and leggy Kendall Jenner inject some real-life supermodel glamour to the Zoolander 2 New York premiere as they sashay down the red carpet runway
After spoof perfume ads, an outrageous Vogue spread and a surprise SNL appearance, it's no surprise that the Zoolander No. 2 team would do things a little differently for the movie premiere.
The red carpet at Alice Tully Hall in New York City was transformed into a high-fashion runway to allow the cast - and some actual professional models - to show off their best struts, sashays and dramatic turns.
Leading the way was model-of-the-moment Gigi Hadid, showing how it was done in a one-shoulder embellished gown as she was joined by her supermodel best friend Kendall Jenner at the high-profile event.

The 20-year-old beauty showed of her long legs as she took strides down the runway in front of catwalk photographers.
Following closely behind was the movie's stars Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson and Penelope Cruz who graced the purple catwalk in character.
Stiller, 50, gave it his best Blue Steel as he showed off a shimmering embroidered suit.
She's a pro: The fashion model - who has walked for designers Chanel, Marc Jacobs, and Michael Kors wore her long locks pinned up in an elegant style
Strutting their stuff: The professional models showed how it was done as Skrillex played the tunes
Leader of the pack: Gigi looked incredible as the fronted the runway display in her floral gown
Wilson meanwhile wore a particularly fetching silk cosmic print pajama ensemble.
In the sequel Cruz plays Valentina Valencia, a motorcycle-riding Interpol special agent who works for the fashion division that is trying to find out who is behind a series of pop star murders.
The Spanish-born beauty donned thigh-high suede boots and some overall shorts with a cosmic print to match Wilson's.

And it appeared that the 41-year-old actress had perfected her Le Tigre pose as she fiercely pouted alongside her handsome pal.
Stiller and Wilson return as fading fashion icons Derek Zoolander and Hansel for the second installment following the original 2001 flick.
Will Ferrell made his entrance as Jacobim Mugatu wearing a unique blue padded suit with various flaps and ties.

She was joined by mother Kris, 60, who opted for a classic little black dress and thick tights.

Zoolander 2 marks Ferrell and Wiig's sixth onscreen collaboration following A Deadly Adoption (2015), The Spoils Before Dying (2015), The Spoils of Babylon (2014), Anchorman 2 (2013), and Semi-Pro (2008).
The movie - which is released in theatres on Friday - also stars some of fashion's key players including Anna Wintour, Marc Jacobs, Alexander Wang, Kate Moss and Tommy Hilfiger.
Meanwhile, Justin Theroux surprised everybody as he hit the runway in a disguise complete with dreadlocks, a scar over his eye and gold winged high-tops.
