Sunday sees the film industry's brightest stars gather for the 68th British Academy Film Awards.
And Cate Blanchett suggested she will prove her sartorial worth on the red carpet as she was the shining star at a pre-BAFTA party in London on Friday evening.
The Carol actress - who is nominated for the Best Actress in a Leading Role category - led the arrivals to Harvey Weinstein's dinner which was held in partnership with Burberry and Grey Goose at Little House in Mayfair.

Cate, 46, showcased her impeccable and experimental sense of style as she slipped her slim build into a gorgeous suede maxi dress which was decorated with gold trimming.
The statement frock was fitted in shape and cinched at the waist, drawing all eyes to her narrow middle.
It was decorated with a quirky cage pattern on the skirt while the top half boasted a glittering sequin bib-shaped panel.
