She’s known for her eye catching outfits but a corset made out of a Manchester United jersey seems a step too far even for Helen Flanagan.
The former Coronation Street actress attended her sister Jane’s dress-making studio open day in Bolton today and the unusual item was just one of the many items on show.
Helen was happy to pose with the corset, although her own outfit of a cream and red T-shirt and jeans was slightly more sedate.

Fresh faced Helen wore minimal make-up and sported cork wedges and a matching red Prada bag for her family day out.
Her long brunette locks, which she once chopped off and dyed blonde, were tied up in a bun on top of her head.

If Helen does decide to model the unusual piece of clothing it won’t be the first time she has donned a corset.
During her days on the ITV1 soap she shocked older viewers when she twice stripped off to reveal she was wearing just a tiny corset.

Speaking about the raunchy footage, she has said in the past: 'I love Rosie's tarty outfits - the worse they are the better because they really help me get into character.
'The scene where Rosie stood in the street wearing just a corset and suspenders was fantastic. The corset was from Agent Provocateur and I love their stuff. I didn't feel self-conscious at all.'

However, today was all about Helen’s sister and the kind-hearted star was merely on hand to offer moral support.
She tweeted her enthusiasm about the day ahead earlier this morning and revealed her mother and grandmother had been busy baking for the day ahead.

Later Helen was seen carrying the sweet treats to the studio as she chatted with her mother.
Helen has kept a low profile since quitting the soap but it appears she could have her eye on a career in modelling after she posted some pictures of herself in a variety of poses.

The star appeared to be wearing black underwear in the snaps and dramatic black eye make-up.
She also tweeted a picture montage of some of her favourite things including the shoes and bag she wore to her sister’s studio open day.
After a busy day Helen travelled to her boyfriend Scott Sinclair's parents' home to watch him play with Team GB in the Olympics
Following her busy day Helen then travelled to Bath to her boyfriend Scott Sinclair's house to watch the footballer take part in the Team GB Olympics game against the United Arab Emirates.
She tweeted 'In Bath watching the game with Scott's parents with a glass of wine. Woohoo'.
She was delighted when Scott scored, writing 'Ofcorse he scored my bfs a ledge x #onaminuite'
