I'm lost without you: Frankie Bridge has admitted a fear of feeling 'lost' once her stint on Strictly Come Dancing comes to an end this weekend
The Saturdays singer explained: ‘We’ve stayed in touch with everyone in the competition and they've all been saying that there needs to be some sort of rehab so there’s somewhere you can go so you can be weaned off it.’
She added: ‘They've all found it really hard and we’ve been in the longest. It does completely take over your life.
‘You spend so much time together that it will be weird to go back to normal life. We’ll just be fox-trotting everywhere.’
All that glitters: The singer recently teamed up with fellow finalists (l-r) Simon Webbe, Caroline Flack and Mark Wright to pose with the show's coveted glitterball
The mother-of-one joked: ‘I think I’ll be calling Kevin and asking "What are you doing? Fancy rehearsing today?"'
Frankie will be dancing alongside Kevin Clifton who made it to the show final last year with Susanna Reid.
When asked about the difference between the two ladies, he said: ‘Susanna wouldn’t pick up the steps really. They are complete opposites in training.
High scores across the board: The star has enjoyed high marks from the judges during the latest series
‘Susanna would take a long time to get it but I didn’t have to tell her too much, I just sort of wound her up and off she goes.
‘Frankie will pick up the steps quicker but then we have to talk about the performance a lot and the story and she takes a little more time to come out of her shell.'
He added: ‘But that makes me more proud when she comes out and smashes her performance.’
Competitive: Frankie, seen with dance partner Kevin Clifton, admits her competition in the final is 'so good'
Speaking about her experience on the dancing show in her OK! Magazine column, Frankie wrote: ‘I can’t lie- I have thought about how cool it would be to lift the Strictly glitterball.
‘But I don’t have any expectations. Everyone is so good.’
Frankie will battle it out for the trophy glitter ball against former TOWIE star Mark Wright, Blue singer Simon Webbe and TV presenter Caroline Flack.
One call away: Mother-of-one Frankie joked that she'd likely be calling Kevin up for dance practice as she struggles to settle into life after Strictly
