he final countdown: (L-R) Strictly Come Dacning finalists Simon Webbe, Caroline Flack, Mark Wright and Frankie Bridge recently got together to pose with the glitterball trophy
But, of course, their star power can't outshine the the prize, which has been chased by competing celebrities every year since 2004.
Speaking about his performance in the final, former TOWIE star Mark vowed to keep his shirt on, explaining: ‘I’m not taking my shirt off because the last time I did we ended up in the dance off so obviously no one likes to see me topless.’
Instead, he has revealed that he will surprise himself by requesting to be styled in a famously sparkly ensemble.
Save the last dance: The stars will face off against each other in a anticipated final on Saturday evening
He explained: ‘When I started the show I had a meeting and I said to the wardrobe team that I want a little sparkle as possible. I tried to keep things really plain.
‘Now if there’s no sparkles on the top then I complain. I send it back to wardrobe because I want it sparkled to the max.’
Meanwhile, Frankie has revealed that she fears she will feel lost when the show comes to an end this weekend.
Different paths: The ladies have been consistently high scorers, while the men have sharpened their footwork throughout the course of the competition
Speaking about what the stars will do once the show is over, she joked: ‘We’re all going to feel so lost.’
The Saturdays singer explained: ‘We’ve stayed in touch with everyone in the competition and they've all been saying that there needs to be some sort of rehab so there’s somewhere you can go so you can be weaned off it.’
She added: ‘They've all found it really hard and we’ve been in the longest. It does completely take over your life.
‘You spend so much time together that it will be weird to go back to normal life. We’ll just be fox-trotting everywhere.’
