GIRL ABOUT CHRISTMAS: Liz Hurley's ultimate Christmas greeting card
Never one to court the limelight, shy and retiring Liz Hurley has sent this typically demure Christmas card to all her showbiz chums.
The actress-turned-swimwear designer – who shot to fame in 1994 after wearing a risqué Versace dress held together by giant safety pins – has captured the festive spirit with a picture of her dressed in a skimpy red swimsuit and Santa hat, accompanied by a magical winter scene filled with an eclectic collection of wildlife.
Liz, who recently posted a selfie on Twitter of herself posing in the bath, certainly looks fantastic for her 49 years.

Simon Cowell's obsession with youthful looks must now extend beyond himself – he’s given chums Botox vouchers for Christmas.
X Factor host Dermot O’Leary says he received his gift just before last week’s final went live: ‘You open it and go, “Oh, it’s a voucher for Harrods Spa.” But it has the name of the Botox guy beneath it!’
I’ve heard plenty of excuses from chaps about why they haven’t bought their girlfriend a Christmas present, but I reckon the one used by Leona Lewis’s boyfriend takes some beating – he can’t find the right type of diamond.
I hear the platinum-selling X Factor winner is expecting her backing dancer beau, Dennis Jauch, to get down on bended knee over Christmas – but she will only accept his proposal if the engagement ring contains a man-made sparkler, to allay any fears that it is a so-called blood diamond.
A friend of the pair, who have been dating for four years, says: ‘Dennis is whinging to his mates that he doesn’t know where to find a man-made one.’
